“Everything was fine until the last night. We got locked out of our room and when I tried to call the number provided-they would reject the call and send it to voicemail. I have 2 young children that I had to watch and he kept texting codes for me to try. None of them worked and I continued to call, and he still would not answer. Knowing we were locked out and I expressed we had young children. Then I noticed a slat on the railing missing and being on the second floor, this really upset me. Knowing my children could easily slip through the railing and he would only text me and asked if I was at right room. We stayed for a whole week and this is the same exact room we had been staying in and used the same code to get in every single night. Finally after an hour at least, someone showed up to help us into our room. For the price we paid, I feel like this could have been prevented easily. The battery was dead in the locking system. Regular maintenance would prevent that.”

“Beautiful view. Terrible mgt. Refused to fix TV’s for 3 days.Illegally rejected service dog. Used dog as pretext for refusing to fix TV’s. Promised technicians, we waited in unit instead of at beach, and they no-showed repeatedly. All was unnecessary, as we offered to remove dog for technician safety. They had bad attitude, like we were the ones causing a problem. Will never return and will recommend to others to avoid this unit and this management company.”

“We were overall pleased, the place was clean and convenient with wonderful intercoastal views and comfortable patio chairs. Necessary supplies were provided and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool. We were disappointed that the listing pictures were nicer than the actual place. The complex is showing its age. We could not find AC or TV instructions and had some issues.”

“We had a great stay. Unit was very modern and the balcony was beautiful overlooking the bay. The location is walking distance to bridge street along with a few other restaurants and is directly across from the beach. It is a very central area but set far back to the bay so not noisy. We were unable to check in early though it seemed like the cleaning staff had left a while prior. There was an automated text that said it was ready to check in but when I called it wasn’t. The unit was confusing to locate and I think the instructions could be a bit more detailed. Additionally, the towels seemed old and worn and they could benefit from an upgrade. However, we would stay there again and had a great visit.”
