“Disappointed. My family and I were in town for a wedding. We arrived and was given a code to open the bottom lock box where i found no house key. I communicated this and they ask me to try a bunch of code on the door and second lock box, none of the codes worked but eventually one did and we managed get in the house. Finally entered the house and I check the house where I find the shower knob to turn on the shower is off and laying on the sink. I report this right away and they tell me they’ll get maintenance out right away but the whole stay not a single maintenance came by to fix it so we were forced to use a broken shower knob the whole stay. Lastly the parking was horrible, every parking spot was constantly taken up and when reporting it I was always given the same generic response that i can only park in the “designated spots”. This resolved nothing and left me with the only option of parking in the area where my car can potentially get towed, luckily it didn’t.”
