“My family and I truly enjoyed Lennon’s place. The house was in a great location, the house was very clean and well maintained. I would book this place for any future trips.”

“The property itself is excellent. However, the provision of basic amenities was inadequate for the size and length of our stay. For 8 guests staying 4 nights, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was not nearly sufficient. In addition, each bathroom only contained a single travel-sized, one-use bottle of shampoo and body wash, which is not appropriate for a group reservation. As a result, we had to purchase our own essential toiletries and supplies during the stay, which is unacceptable given the cost and expectations of an Airbnb booking. While the space itself is very nice, the lack of consideration for basic guest needs reflects poorly on the overall hosting standards. I strongly encourage the host to provide adequate consumables for future guests, particularly for larger groups and longer stays.”

“Host didn’t respond with information for check in. We waited 2h and nothing so we had to call the support and they couldn’t contact host either so they cancelled it and we had to find a new place last minute, late at night while we were already in town.”
