Book Disney Homes's guest rating of 4.54 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“I will say the area was very nice in the overall home was very nice. However it was very different. The couch has stains all over it so much so that you don’t wanna sit on it. The sailing fans, etc. was very dusty. They have marks all over the walls. The curtains leading outside was very very, very, very dirty. There was mold in the Mickey Mouse bathroom. It was embedded hair in the towels. The pool was not clean 100% and when talking to the HOST, they take their sweet time on responding whether it’s 12 hours response time or not when bringing all these issues to the HOST attention he was very nonchalant.”airbnb

“Our stay in this home 2 weeks ago! It is a gated community. The home was okay but we would not stay again. During our arrival, the outside of the home was nice, but as we entered and completed a wall through at check in, we noticed there were some broken items, such as the backdoor latch would fall off when attempted to exit to the pool area, broken closet door in the rooms, stains on the walls, very dirty food pantry, and the bed linens needed to be wash due to lots of hair and dirty spots. These are items that should have been noticed and fix upon arrival. Also, there was some confusion in regard to how to dispose of all the trash. There were trash that was left in the outside bin from the previous stay and no extra room to get rid of our trash without it being excessive and being charged an extra fee. We did not get charge but the outside bin should be completely empty so no confusion would occur. We notify the management & sent pictures, but no accommodation was provided.”airbnb

“Overall, we enjoyed the stay at this edifice. Beautiful interior design! On the pictures, we thought that the space was bigger based on the angles of the photos, however, the spacing was perfect for our family. It seemed like the host was very short and not as hospitable as we are used to when we use Airbnb in Davenport, Florida. At times seemed very rude.”airbnb

“Host didn’t respond with information for check in. We waited 2h and nothing so we had to call the support and they couldn’t contact host either so they cancelled it and we had to find a new place last minute, late at night while we were already in town.”airbnb

“Wasn’t notified that we had to bring our own toiletry or household essentials. Normally all airbnb’s provide that. We weren’t able to get toilet paper being that we checked in late night coming from a festival. Host took long to respond, was not efficient”airbnb

“I understand that there was a deadline for refunds but Spirit Airlines shut down so suddenly,I didn’t have time to book another airline and Host Lennon was not helpful so that was a waste of money on a house I was unable to stay in.”airbnb

“It was an ok stay. We only really used the house to sleep and cook our meals for the day. The pool was full of spiders. So we couldn’t enjoy it. When I informed host he didn’t help at all. I wasn’t told that I had to purchase my own toilet paper. We ran out by the 2nd day. Make sure you don’t park on the side. Even if you see other cars. Because they do toll due to the fact that you need a specific pass. Information that was not told by the host either. Make sure you ask questions before you go because he replies slow. Other than that place was cleaned and kitchen had everything we need it.”airbnb

“Don’t book this if your a parent. The back door doesn’t lock leaving easy access for kids. There is also no pack and play available despite it being listed. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room to make sure my child didn’t open the door in the middle of the night and try to go swimming since the back door didn’t lock. Finally on the last night Lennon promised to deliver a pack and play. So we cancelled beach plans drove two hours back to be there to receive the pack and play per his request, and he left us hanging. I pray you never experience the sleepless nights, the stress, anxiety, and fear that staying here caused us. Absolutely horrible for parents and families”airbnb

“The children’s bedrooms were very cute and thoughtfully themed. Unfortunately, only one of the lights worked—the red balloon. The Mickey and Minnie Mouse light that was supposed to illuminate did not function. The patio was not clean upon arrival; we found what appeared to be a small roach (possibly from a cigarette or marijuana) left on the patio table. Additionally, there were large roaches inside the kitchen cupboards, which was very concerning. For a stay with four adults and one child, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided, and they were of very low quality, lasting just one day. We were also given only two trash bags for a seven-day stay, so be prepared to bring your own. The dish soap provided was not effective for cleaning dishes and pots. The bathroom shower curtain had a noticeable musty smell, and the internet was very slow despite being connected to Wi-Fi. Overall, while the themed rooms were a nice touch, several cleanliness and supply issues significantly impac”airbnb
