“All the family enjoyed the stay in beautiful Bonita Bay as usual. The private beach was very nice and the shuttle bus was very convenient. The condo was in good condition and we enjoyed the spacious living area and outdoor patio.”

“Management was ATROCIOUS and as a result one our WORST AirBnb memories. Stay at a hotel instead because you won't have to ask more than twice. Had to get AIRBNB support involved. 1st, we had a difficult time getting in because instructions weren't clear. The video in the notebook INSIDE the unit would've been helpful BEFORE check-in. Used the back-up code the whole trip. 2nd, no sheets for the pull-out couch until the THIRD day and they knew there would be 3 of us. It took DOZENS of aggravating calls and texts to accomplish such a small feat. They even LIED and said they were delivered the morning after check-in. 3rd, my 11yo and myself were SCALDED by the bathroom faucet because the hot water was turned up way too high. They said they would alert maintenance. Not sure if that was ever fixed. Every response from management was an apology and they'd alert their local team and escalate it. 5th, this is a studio, not a 1 BR. Side note: 1 TP and paper towel, so bring some.”

“Beautiful house very nice and clean. Has everything you need for your relaxing vacation stay. The only issue we had is with pool and spa wasn't working properly till they came and fixed it.Still waiting on decisions to be made to get some refund back.”

“This home has amazing views of the ocean. And was larger inside than the pictures look. Steps away from the beach and was very clean and comfortable. In the garage they had extra beach things which was nice However the house was not stocked up with literally anything. No toilet paper. No paper towel, no dish soap, and for an entire house where there will be up to 10 or more people staying, and probably cooking there, was very limited things in the kitchen, and the most of the cups and things were plastic and looked like it was 30 years old. We still loved the stay, those things just seemed petty or careless for what we paid”
