“Super corporate. Impossible to actually communicate with a human. The AC went out while we were there and we were sent a number to call with issues. The person on the other end told us she couldn’t help us and made us message in the app. We later received a text response as well. Definitely were not talking to the same person each time and they didn’t have all the information needed. AC needs maintained but so does the pool, it was mildly green. Finally, we left an item behind and messaged about it asking to pick up basically immediately. Received multiple responses in multiple formats saying they would check or let us check and no one ever did. Messaged many times over the course of a week and they finally just stopped responding without ever confirming whether or not the item was there. I would stick with private air bnb hosts and not a corporate rental structure like this.”
