“The house was okay overall. We really appreciated the early check-in, and the owners were very responsive. We did have an issue with the AC the first night during a Florida heat advisory. A technician came out that evening, but the bunk room remained very hot, and he also discovered there was no AC filter, which was never replaced during our stay. The pool could also use more maintenance, the bottom needed cleaning, and there appeared to be a leak that required us to refill it daily. The house could use some updating, and the pool and general maintenance could use more attention to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.”

“Very roomy and beautiful home. The rooms are spread out and very spacious. There was plenty of room for two families to cohabitate without crowding each other. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the backyard and pool due to landscaping constraints. While the pool is accurately pictured, the yard maintenance looked upkept so we opted to stay inside. Other than that, I would recommend this house to others and definitely choose again for future FL visits.”
