Benchmark Management 30A in Florida

“The home was very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and to several restaurants. Kenny D’s was one of our favorite restaurants and it was an 18 minute walk. The house was clean and had all the essentials needed for the stay. We appreciated the extra things like foil, plastic wrap, and bags in the kitchen, as well as cleaning supplies, Mop and broom. The area was quiet and the pool was nice. We had our own parking space right in front of the home,which was very much appreciated. The home layout was very comfortable and functional lots of linens and well cleaned. The host was responsive and very nice This was one of our favorite stays in Florida - Destin area”

“The house itself is fine and I appreciate that each bedroom has a bathroom. I do wish that we would have had either more towels (they only provided one per guest) OR that there were more than two laundry pods provided. We also only had two dishwasher pods and two trash bags, which just simply isn’t enough for a large group staying for multiple days. The pool is completely shaded and we were planning to pay for it to be heated (as was advertised), however we were informed after checking in that heating the pool was only available during winter months (which was not advertised at all on Air B&B at the time of me writing this review). This was a huge let down as the pool was too cold to swim, especially with young children. The pool pump also was not running frequently enough so there were a large number of insects and other debris floating in the pool. There are also a TON of stairs both at the home and on the walk to the beach. It would not be possible for anyone with mobility issues.”

“I loved our stay here! The only complaint is that we did not have wifi. However, they tried their best to accommodate us by sending someone out to the place to fix. Unfortunately - it did not fix the issue but they were very responsive. It’s a super quick drive to the beach and was perfect for my family of 3. We will definitely be back!”
