“We've love Belleair Beach for years, but this condo raised the bar. The location is genuinely rare — the beach is steps from your back door, no road to cross, no walk through a parking lot. Just sand, water, and quiet. Inside, the space is well-equipped and comfortable, with room for our group of four, including an elderly family member who needed ease and comfort. It felt private without being isolated — groceries and restaurants are a short drive away. Only small note: a few extra towels would be welcome. We'll be back without hesitation.”
