Beach Time Rentals

“What a great location with the beach and pool steps from the house! Perfect for the kids. The beach was quiet and very clean with small waves and tons of shells. The house itself worked well for our group and was super clean, but could use some general updating. The kitchen didn’t supply much for kids like no small plastic cups or utensils and no basics like wraps or foil or basic seasoning as we’ve found in all other houses we’ve rented. They did supply plenty of beach towels, dish and washer soap and the basic paper towels and TP lasted our group of 7 the week. The pool was cleaned while we were there - no bugs just palm tree nubs. It would have been helpful to have instructions posted for the dishwasher, washer and how to turn ceiling fans off or down. The beds were comfy and there were a lot of beach and pool toys including floats and chairs. Overall we had a great time, especially in the pool and on the beach. Highly recommend for the location!”

“All in all things were nice! However there were a couple of things. The parking was difficult garage was too small. And contractors were working next to us at 8:00 am.”

“Spacious condo, lots of room for large families. Needs a deep clean and some TLC. Noticeable stains on the kitchen furniture and floors were extremely dirty. Tried to get them to re-wash the floors, but there was a lack of communication and therefore that never happened. The floors should’ve been cleaned properly the first time. Great location very close to the beach.”

“Looking forward to a week with my son his wife and my grandchildren. One of the bedrooms is adjacent to the garage musty/moldy smell. Holes in the walls. Small balcony's not for sitting area. Neighbors did not even allow us to get van unpacked before bothering us that it could not stay in the driveway. Told me I ran over the grass and harassed my granddaughter. Then I bought a box of donuts for the kids when we first arrived. Left it on the counter while we unpacked the car. I hour about, and kids went to have a treat and ants crawling all over and inside the box. Disgusting. And the manager got mad at me on the phone and told me I need to find another place to stay. Then low and behold the HOA lady calls and complains about me that my van was parked illegally and I was rude to her. WOW...........what a great 2 hours at this location. Now scrambling to find another location to stay with 8 people 4 that are children under 10 and an infant at 7pm at night. With no help from manager.”

“Slow response time to questions or issues. Home was beautiful, however instructions for home would be helpful.”

“We had a few issues upon arrival, two men arrived the same time we did and said the had to do a repair. I called Beach time rental and they didn’t even know about it. One host did offer to come stay until they finished. That same night we needed a toilet repair and I was told someone would be there tonight or Tomorrow. Well at 9:15 a maintenance man just him self in without knocking or announcing himself. My teenagers were up there alone so that was a huge problem for us. They apologized and said they would have a conversation with him. The pool was also closed and we were not told in advance so that was disappointing. They did refund some money to try to make it right. They did communicate great and tried to make everything right! Minus not having the pool the rest of the week went great! Perfect location, right across from the Pass and on the beach.”

“They state that we have 2 parking spaces. But when we had guests for the day, they were not allowed to have a space. Yet we had 2 spots and we found 2 parking permits on the fridge when we left. We asked for early check in, but were denied that although the condo sat empty all day. The bar across the street is very noisy at night until 1 am on the weekends. We were given 2 washcloths but offered more after I said something. The place was very clean, just not personable. We did not have access to storage units by the pool like others. Other units had beach chairs in their unit. We had 1 chair in the closet, and 1 float. And other units were less expensive, they were booked already when we did ours. Also the plumbing is horrible, hard to figure out how to get hot water, and when you do, it’s too hot. I always give a great review, this was my first like this.”

“House was clean and matched photos. About 5m walk to beach. Pool is fairly small and no pool/beach toys provided so make sure to bring your own. We stayed with a few friends, our dog and two small children (4mon and 2yr) - the home is not exactly toddler friendly with the canal in the backyard and you walk over the pool to get into the front door but we were prepared with a life jacket for our toddler. We got to the property early hoping to check in, however we were not allowed. No one was at the property for at least 2hrs before checkin.. but since we had a dog and two small kids we didn't have many options other than to wait at the property. It was super hot that day so kind of disappointing. Other than that the location was great. Walkable to beach and restaurants - the closest beach access was super private too, hardly anyone there. The house is kind of pricey for the lack of amenities provided, would've been nice to have pool/beach supplies or other kid items, but we were aware”

“Overall, the place served us well. A few issues - the outside area needed to be cleaned again while we were present, the outside grill needed to be cleaned/maintained, the spa schedule was never "dialed in" - the team could not seem to get the programming figured out - did not work at the times they stated it would. The location and neighborhood met our needs.”

“Everything was great except for one thing the bird sanctuary every now and then gave out a odor in one other thing they changed the front door code without notification Other than that, it was perfect”
