“This is a beautiful home. Exactly as pictured. Stylishly decorated and very welcoming. We had a family of 12 stay comfortably. Our family spent most of our time by the pool and enjoying the outdoor area. Fully stocked kitchen and even some beach toys in the garage. Kayaks and paddleboards & PFD's are also provided. The AC is controlled to not go below 72. After reading some other reviews, I was concerned. It stayed on day and night and was very comfortable. I will say that the family suite area of the home did stay a little warmer that the rest of the home. However, they're plenty of fans provided to stay comfortable. The home is located just a 5 mins walk away from the beach and restaurants and markets. Very safe and convenient location. We would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to booking again very soon!”

“The location of this Airbnb was great and very convenient, which was the biggest positive of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was disappointing. The house did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We found a used Band-Aid in the shower, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were also several maintenance issues, including a shower that leaked, living room lights that didn’t work, a refrigerator that wasn’t staying cold, and a bedroom door that scraped the floor when opened. The oven ventilation also seemed inadequate, causing smoke to linger in the house while cooking. The property itself felt somewhat neglected, with bugs around the house and outdoor areas that were not well maintained. We also had concerns about security, as the back door would occasionally swing open on its own and it appeared that someone may have entered the backyard during our stay.”

“Had a wonderful time in Clearwater beach. Nice home with a pool and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighbor close to pier 60 and a lot of wonderful restaurants. Great place for families with kids. The beach was never crowded and the pool felt great after spending the day at the beach.”

“Just across from the beach. Not that many amenities….So much noise from HVAC in lower level room.”

“We were disappointed with our stay and do not feel the property was accurately represented in the listing. While the host did provide a partial refund after our complaints, the issues we experienced went far beyond a minor inconvenience. One of the three units had an extremely strong odor coming from the AC system that smelled like a mold bomb and made the unit effectively unusable during our stay. The smell was overwhelming enough that some of our guests could not sleep there and instead had to sleep on couches and in shared spaces, which significantly impacted the comfort and functionality of the property. We appreciate the host acknowledging the issue with a partial refund, but we do not feel it adequately reflected the severity of the problem or the disruption it caused to our trip. We strongly encourage the host to thoroughly inspect and address these maintenance concerns for future guests.”

“I would like to start with the location was close to Clearwater Beach activities, restaurants, and the beach is beautiful. The unit was clean and the pool was very nice. We had a couple of maintenance issues with air-conditioning and appliances. But they were quick to respond. However, it did dip into vacation time. It seemed that some things were possibly overlooked and could’ve been prevented. I also want to point out for other travelers there is nothing beyond basic provided and what is, the minimal amount. There were no coffee filters and make sure to bring your own Kleenex and toilet paper if you’re there for more than two days. In summary the value is in the location. & The view was amazing.”

“House was clean and matched photos. About 5m walk to beach. Pool is fairly small and no pool/beach toys provided so make sure to bring your own. We stayed with a few friends, our dog and two small children (4mon and 2yr) - the home is not exactly toddler friendly with the canal in the backyard and you walk over the pool to get into the front door but we were prepared with a life jacket for our toddler. We got to the property early hoping to check in, however we were not allowed. No one was at the property for at least 2hrs before checkin.. but since we had a dog and two small kids we didn't have many options other than to wait at the property. It was super hot that day so kind of disappointing. Other than that the location was great. Walkable to beach and restaurants - the closest beach access was super private too, hardly anyone there. The house is kind of pricey for the lack of amenities provided, would've been nice to have pool/beach supplies or other kid items, but we were aware”

“Overall, the place served us well. A few issues - the outside area needed to be cleaned again while we were present, the outside grill needed to be cleaned/maintained, the spa schedule was never "dialed in" - the team could not seem to get the programming figured out - did not work at the times they stated it would. The location and neighborhood met our needs.”

“Everything was great except for one thing the bird sanctuary every now and then gave out a odor in one other thing they changed the front door code without notification Other than that, it was perfect”
