“This is a budget rental and it generally delivered. The big hiccup occurred when the management company tried to get a deposit outside of the AirBnB platform. I let them know that this was totally unacceptable. They waived the deposit. No one needs this kinds of hassle and uncertainty when making vacation plans. I will not use this company again.”

“The place was decent for what we needed. We just were staying there for the weekend after our cruise and wanted a nice little spot with beach access and pool. The pool was extremely clean, and the beach was steps away! Overall the condo was fine, there was a little bit of a musty smell whenever we arrived, which could be due to the high humidity. There was noticeable dust in and on the ceiling fan in the kitchen (that was extremely dusty). Overall, it seemed decently clean, but could have been cleaned a little better I feel. We had a good stay. The host is very responsive and check-in was super easy. You are very close to the pier and shops and restaurants!”

“Not a great experience. Multiple things were not up to expectations. Then it seemed like they wanted to mend things free like a late check in and out.”

“The outdoor area unusable. Chairs are moldy grill is rusted. Couch is a loveseat pull out for kids. There is nowhere to lounge it is kitchen table which does seat 8. The kitchen is new and has plenty of space to cook a lot. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. The double bed room beds are very fragile and unstable. The company that runs this rental constantly tries to get you to go to a website and get you to pay more. Even at checkin they tried to get me to pay nonrefundable deposit in order to get the code. Messages on the toilets that say you will be charged if there are plumbing issues. Beach gear broken chairs. Outside yard nothing but dirt and leaves. Not relaxing at all.”
