“The rental company was very attentive. The issue was the unit at 24 Gulf blvd which was not very clean. The morning of check out we noticed small roaches in the kitchen area at first we thought they were ants but that wasn’t the case. We threw away the food that was on the counter. I would say I left the unit cleaner than how I found it. The HOA people were very rude they changed the gate code to access the pool but never informed Beaches of America, in my opinion these units should be inspected prior to renting out this was not worth the money I paid.”

“I’m very saddened to have to write this review because I was genuinely looking forward to spending time on Indian Rocks Beach. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was extremely disappointing, and I felt that the photos were very misleading compared with what I encountered upon arrival. I reached out to the management company within five minutes of walking through the door to let them know that the accommodations did not reflect what I had expected from the listing. Unfortunately, I received no response for nearly 50 hours, despite multiple attempts to reach them. That was especially concerning because I was traveling alone and, had I been locked out or unable to access the property, I would have had no way of knowing whether anyone would respond. The property was simply too grimy and uncomfortable for me to stay. I ultimately left my belongings there and stayed with an acquaintance instead. All the while sending multiple texts begging the management company to respond :(”

“This place was perfect for our group of 5 for a 10 day trip we had. We came to mainly relax and go do excursions here and there. Beach access was great for the relaxation part, amazing beach btw. And the place was near enough (5-10minutes) to everything you need from groceries, restaurants, activities and more. The place also had great amenities. Would come again.”

“This was our third time staying at this home, and there’s a reason we keep coming back! It has become our favorite place to stay when we visit the area. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has everything we need for a relaxing family vacation. We love the open living space, pool and outdoor area, and the location is perfect for getting to our favorite beaches and restaurants. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!”
