Beach Blue Properties in Florida

“My family loved this beach house. We had 9 adults and 3 children and there were plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone. Loved that it was right on the beach making it easy with kids. Very conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Super nice community with beautiful houses all around.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. There were restaurants within walking distance and the beach was beautiful at this location! The pool was refreshing and a great way to end a fun filled day.”

“We really enjoyed our stay overall and the home was nice, but there are a few things that definitely need attention for future guests. The biggest issue was the bed in the guest bedroom. The mattress is sinking badly in the middle, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get much rest during our entire stay because of it. I would strongly recommend replacing or repairing the mattress. The washer and dryer also need to be looked at. The washer would only work properly on the quick-wash setting, and the dryer was not drying clothes properly. We had to put small amounts of clothing in and out repeatedly for hours just to get them dry. The golf cart was another concern. The front tires are extremely bald, and I felt that it was unsafe to drive. For the safety of future guests, I really think those tires should be replaced as soon as possible. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would love to see these things addressed so future guests can have an even better experience.”

“Location was great. It was lovely staying across from the pool and walking distance to the beach. The condo was spacious enough for our 3 person family, including a mobile toddler. With that said, the condo is bare bones and minimally decorated and furnished. Not a quality feel. There was a noticeable smell. We bought a candle and air freshener which helped. The floor is tile - a rug would have been nice. We put our picnic blanket down to warm up the space. Heads up, the patio door is screwed shut and there is no access to the patio. Also, the view is of the parking entrance gate. The condo is right by the elevator. We were worried about noise, but it wasn’t a problem. Overall, we give it 3 out of 5 stars.”
