“The space was as it was described. Very short walk to the beach. Beach service was available for purchase with restaurants and drinks near by. Only down side was patio furniture is in disrepair, and was not replaced as we were told prior to booking, so bring a lawn chair if you want to utilize the spacious patio.”

“Gorgeous view from the bedroom and balcony. Very clean condo with fully stocked kitchen. Has everything you need. Beach is crowded and renting sets is expensive at this location.”

“The good: LOCATION! Right on the beach and so convenient. Trolley cards and golf cart! It was very CLEAN and cozy. Lots to do in the area! Kitchen was decently supplied with basic utensils, pans etc. It's a company, not an individual, so there aren't "extras". Although, there were beach chairs and boogie boards and some sand toys in the closet. What could be better: The beach is VERY crowded, more so than anticipated. The space is tight for 3-4 people. Would be great for a couple, single or couple with little ones, as the bunkroom is quite small (I have teens, so it wasn't optimal ;-). One sink, one bathroom. Updated flooring and tub/shower combo would be nice. I expected nicer for the price, but I suppose I was paying for the FABULOUS location! Note:The mugs (blue ones) are not microwave safe, but this isn't mentioned. I burned myself quite badly. Not a reason not to rent, but helpful to know.”
