“I cannot say enough good things about this unit!!! Perfect location, clean, comfy beds, walkable to restaurants and stores (we never moved the car after our initial grocery trip). 6 girls split into 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths was perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean. Everything was PERFECT. Fully stocked. NOTE that there were no seasonings, ziploc bags, coffee filters, etc. I am only saying this because some Airbnbs DO leave those things that guests leave behind. So be sure to bring your own if you don't want to buy those things while you are there! This is NOT a negative thing AT ALL, just for informational purposes!! :) We will 100% stay here over and over as long as it available. IT WAS PERFECT. I stay at A LOT of Airbnbs all over, and this one was in my top 3!!!”

“Our family of six had a terrific week on SGI. The house is close the beach (very walkable) and was comfortable. There are three floors so plan your trips up and down the stairs efficiently! The WiFi instructions and password information were listed incorrectly in the house manual and it took the first four days of the trip to get access the WiFi and TV. Liz in the local Avari office was responsive and helped get it resolved. Overall it was a great week and we all enjoyed the house location and amenities.”
