“Hurricane week before, unit was still listed to rent. Asked if positive it was ok and response was we would have gotten cancellation if not. There was no power and obvious no housekeeping had been there. Dirty laundry, bathrooms unclean, beds not made, balcony furniture shoved in living room. Called and asked for refund, at first they advised I would have to go through Airbnb, not happy. Received call back and said they would handle for me. May change part of rating if this happens. I think it may be a good place to stay if the management agency in charge of renting property had the internal communication that would have stopped this nightmare. We live 6 hours away so it was extremely hard to find somewhere to stay the night due to most hotels in the area were booked with crews working on clean up and restorations.”

“Sure loved sterling breeze , great spot very clean and perfect place. Maybe spot clean the couch a little would be the only thing on my recommended, nit pick list. Aww yeah and be sure to double check drawers my daughter found a Dildo someone had left behind in the bathroom drawer, so that was fun explaining to her that its a cleaning tool for the bathroom.. 🤦🏼‍♂️”

“Unit was in a picture perfect spot near the beach. Lovely condo, just outdated living room furniture and fixtures.”

“The house was beautiful and clean! Lots of space for the family to spread out and a truly wonderful view. We brought our small fishing boat so the boat dock was a really nice amenity and it was just a short drive to the public boat launch to get the boat in the water and over to the dock. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool... the hot tub was not working, however. The main grocery store in Carabelle is a small IGA so I was glad we packed a cooler of food (The IGA is fine for lots of things just not the best for quality meats and fresh fruits) There are a few really good restaurants in nearby Apalachicola (The Station was delicious!) The house didn’t have a grill so that would have been nice to have. We would definitely stay here again!!”
