“Overall, the house fit our budget and basic expectations. It was spacious, offered useful amenities like bikes and kayaks that we enjoyed, and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials.” “However, there were serious issues. The master bedroom mattress was in poor condition. More importantly, the cleaning was not acceptable: the master bathroom had visible hair throughout, including in the shower, and the floor felt slimy, which made the space feel unclean and not properly serviced.” “On the morning of our 10 a.m. checkout, Josh from Sato Real Estate was parked in our driveway at 9:05, well before the agreed checkout time. His early presence made us feel rushed and that our privacy was invaded. A contractor for the air conditioning was also blocking our vehicle, adding to the stress and discomfort. We hope future guests don’t have the same experience.”

“We booked this house to celebrate mom’s 70th birthday. We were looking for a luxury house with a pool and close to the beach. Let’s start with the positive things about this house: 1- house was about 10 min walking distance to the beach. 2- beach necessities were provided - beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, etc 3- clean gas grill. 4- clean kitchen , bathrooms & beds Negative points: 1- As soon as we walked in the house had a strong mold odor. Even worse in the garage where the grill and beach gear is located 2- Pool was not well maintained. There were bugs (cockroaches) swimming in the pool along with many leaves. I contacted Sato sending pictures of the pool and addressing the strong mold odor. They send maintenance to check it out but it wasn’t helpful since he said mold has been an issue with this house. The pool was cleaned the next day but we couldn’t use the pool the first night we were there. We paid almost $3k for a 3 day stayed in this house, not worth it!”

“Ceiling fans and lights not working, issues with internet, no water to dock and canal will not accommodate 25’ boat due to bridges. Lots of leaves around pool.”

“Overall, we’d rate our stay a 5/10. The home was spacious and in a great location just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for families. Unfortunately, a few issues made the stay disappointing for the price. Communication before check-in felt unwelcoming, and on two occasions (our first morning and checkout day) every tap dispensed very salty water due to a faulty water softener, requiring us to buy bottled water. We also had to purchase basic household supplies like hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent, which we’ve typically found to be provided in comparable rentals. Overall, the home has a lot of potential, but given the cost, we expected a more reliable and better-stocked experience”

“Good morning This is the second time we are in this house very close to the beach and nice surrounding but First night my two years old get hurt with the back of one of the brow chair who has a metal that cut his face ,it was a really bad situation I wrote to them and no response Also the house is old which is good but was dirty the floor and the walls has stains the barbecue was dirty as well even the fridge doesn’t work good. The furniture the brown ones very old with metals part very dangerous and outside of the structure We really appreciate to stay there but the condition and the cleaning part not good at all Also the situation that happens with my kid because of an old furniture was really bad”
