“The place was phenomenal, everyone had tons of room and the pool was incredible. It was perfect for our group. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“The staff at Anna Maria Vacations are wonderful. So responsive and communicative. The house has some wear and tear that probably need to be addressed sooner than later. My only complaint is that the homeowners do not allow the thermostat upstairs to be lowered below 70 degrees. The openness of the house causes the upstairs to be much warmer than downstairs so it was uncomfortable sleeping. AMV supplied us with extra fans which was appreciated. It's bothersome that we paid thousands of dollars and cannot turn the thermostat down at night. We will not be returning to this house, but we will use Anna Maria Vacations again!”

“Great location! Easy to get to the beach and Pine Ave. Beds were very comfy with plenty of extra pillows and towels. Make sure to check the laundry area for beach items. We rented chairs and found some in that area after we rented.”
