“The location was great. It was an easy walk to the pool and the beach. The condo was well equipped with kitchen items and had plenty of space. The only issue was the place smelled of urine.”

“We had a great stay here! It was peaceful and close to the beach. We really enjoyed going to the beach each evening and watching the sunset. The house was clean and comfortable, other than the dishes we had to clean to use. I also wish they had changed the water filter (it was overdue) because the tap water on the island does not taste good. The elevator did periodically quit working on us, and we found the written check-in instructions a little confusing. I would also recommend asking for the contract up front so you can ensure that it matches the rules on the listing. Last, $50/hr for early checkin/late check out feels criminal and really cut into our last day. Though not a detractor, it should be noted that this Airbnb is on the beautiful beach side of the island and it is not in walking distance to the bustling historic downtown marina-side.”

“We loved our stay! It is a beautiful located vacation rental on the beach! We found a few shark teeth walking on the beach! We love the 2 adjoining rooms perfect for a family get together. It is slightly hard to navigate only having 2 bathrooms but manageable! It needs some updating the carpet is pretty stained and the furniture had lots of stains on it also. We love the neighborhood and its walking distance( like 12 minutes )to food and entertainment also!”
