“Wonderful home for a beach getaway. A unique feature of this home is that it feels like a treehouse in a beach town. The surrounding trees offer beauty and privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens. 3 beach chairs (so if you need more, bring them). Comfy beds. Wonderful screen porch. Turn the fan on for a nice breeze. One block off the beach. Bring bikes if you like bike paths. Amelia island is beautiful.”

“This is the second time we stayed in this complex. Great location! The grass area is great for kids, it’s super close to the beach and has an easy walk up to the condo. There are many stairs but that is advertised and did not bother us. This condo was well stocked with necessities for the kitchen. Would highly recommend to stay here! The only downfall about this place is the pool. It is very small, but if you are only worried about the beach, this spot is perfect! Oh, and the TV upstairs doesn’t work which is unfortunate because it is essentially the kids quarters. Hopefully, they will get that fixed!”
