Amelia Island Rentals's guest rating of 4.47 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“A happy bungalow. Easy walk to the beach, and to the Ritz where my conference was being held.”airbnb

“Excellent location and unit. Great for families. There are a lot of stairs, but baby gates are provided for small children. We had a great stay!”airbnb

“Wonderful home for a beach getaway. A unique feature of this home is that it feels like a treehouse in a beach town. The surrounding trees offer beauty and privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens. 3 beach chairs (so if you need more, bring them). Comfy beds. Wonderful screen porch. Turn the fan on for a nice breeze. One block off the beach. Bring bikes if you like bike paths. Amelia island is beautiful.”airbnb

“This is the second time we stayed in this complex. Great location! The grass area is great for kids, it’s super close to the beach and has an easy walk up to the condo. There are many stairs but that is advertised and did not bother us. This condo was well stocked with necessities for the kitchen. Would highly recommend to stay here! The only downfall about this place is the pool. It is very small, but if you are only worried about the beach, this spot is perfect! Oh, and the TV upstairs doesn’t work which is unfortunate because it is essentially the kids quarters. Hopefully, they will get that fixed!”airbnb

“Our family of five had an incredible five-night stay at this beautiful home! With three kids under the age of five, the location and layout were absolutely perfect. Like the other reviews mention, the house is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We spent so much time enjoying the easy beach access and the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. The only minor heads-up for families with very small children: while the master bedroom, living room, and upstairs bonus room have great blackout curtains/blinds, the second guest bedroom does not. Since the sun doesn’t set until around 8:00 PM and rises quite early, that room stays very bright, which made bedtime and naps a bit of a challenge for our little ones. However, it definitely wasn't enough to knock a star off such a wonderful property!”airbnb

“The good news is the location, right on a beautiful beach near the Ritz-Carlton, had a nice pool and was well landscaped. The condo building is a little dated but our condo had been renovated probably within the last 10 years. We only had 3 people in a 2 bed/bath condo, which was fine but I imagine 4 people would be a little tight. The kitchen is very tight for 2 people. The downside was a slight musty smell when you enter; no beach chairs, beach towels or umbrellas (in a beach condo?!?); no hair dryers (rental mgr bought next day); a master bath with poor water pressure and barely hot enough water; and in the morning we could hear children running around in the condo above us. We asked the rental mgr to reimburse us for the missing beach equipment we had to buy, but they refused - claiming most renters steal the towels and/or bring their own. Kind of tough to bring beach chairs and umbrellas on an airplane. Overall, a nice small beach condos in south, but lacking some amenities”airbnb

“Mostly positive stay but not because of this unit. We had water supply shutoff to building several times during the 5 days… but nothing was communicated. The pool was closed for maintenance as well. The master bathroom is the size of a closet so the main bathroom was used most times. The mattresses are old, noisy and uncomfortable.”airbnb
