“The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, and the apartment itself was clean and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, and overall the space was comfortable for our stay. During our visit, we did notice some water along one of the walls after a storm, and we heard from others in the building that similar issues had occurred. It didn’t significantly disrupt our stay, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, a good option in a great location with a minor issue that management may want to address.”

“Amelia Island Plantation is peaceful and walkable with beautiful surroundings. The condo was comfortable for our family getaway and the owners were responsive to our questions. We will be back to Amelia!”

“Great location. Easy boardwalk walk to the beach. Pool is nice. Wished there were a few more amenities — shampoo, conditioner, nicer towels. Comfy beds, comfy couches. Overall every product in the Airbnb is pretty cheap but it was fine for our stay. Would recommend.”

“Mostly positive stay but not because of this unit. We had water supply shutoff to building several times during the 5 days… but nothing was communicated. The pool was closed for maintenance as well. The master bathroom is the size of a closet so the main bathroom was used most times. The mattresses are old, noisy and uncomfortable.”

“A great place just a few hundred feet from beach access. Nice decor, two parking spots, great kitchen, walk to a couple of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!”
