“nice little room. was not expecting there to not be a stove but that was totally on my part i didn’t look at the pictures or read the provided well enough. provided a rubber band for ocean/pool access which is unfortunate mine fell off in the water and the amount needed to pay for a rubber wrist band is not ideal.”

“This was a very enjoyable weekend stay in the South Walton community at excellent value. There are a few things that future guests should be aware of before booking. First, the rental tag line is inaccurate. This is not an Alys Beach location. The correct location Seacrest, located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Second, the apartment is smaller than it appears and there is no range or stovetop. Third, the cleanliness of the unit was not to expectation. I've seen worse, but the pillows had stains, the bedding was subpar, and the unit had obviously not seen a deep clean in quite a while. Lastly, while you do get wristband access to the private beach walkover, the Seacrest beach was extremely crowded. Familiarize yourself with Florida and Walton County's beach access rules, as the HOA "hall monitors" will attempt to herd you and harass you. Once you access the beach, you can go anywhere at or below the median high water line. I do recommend this stay, with the above caveats.”

“Beautiful place. Good location. Just hard to find for people first time in the area. Beach walk distance. Pool crossing from the condo building. Limited parking lot during peak hours. Otherwise everything else is good.”
