“Great house and David is an excellent host. Only disappointment is beach access is not easy. State park is close but a long walk on walkway”

“David was responsive but there was a lot of misinformation. There was no golf cart available, the house was not accessible but advised that it was which made it difficult for me to enjoy. Pots and pans were put away dirty, the freezer drawer was missing, the chairs in the living room were stained, closets were full of things, things were left dusty. It is a lovely area with beautiful homes. This could have been a beautiful rental. Just need to ready the house before renting and provide accurate information. I think this is a new house for the Host and hopefully will improve for the future.”
