“We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great beach trip. The management company was beyond responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our golf cart actually died down the road, and they answered the phone immediately and came to pick us up! They even showed up in a Cybertruck, which completely made my kids’ day. The neighborhood was gorgeous, peaceful, and very quiet, and having the pool just around the corner was a huge plus. We also loved having food, shopping, and everything we needed right there in the neighborhood. It made the whole trip so convenient and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house, location, neighborhood, and customer service were all 10/10. I would absolutely recommend staying at any property managed by this company. We will definitely be back!”

“The Maxwell House was perfect for our family of 12. There was plenty of room for us to play games, share meals, and just relax. We enjoyed riding the bikes and using the golf cart to go to the pool and to the Big Chill. They had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to beach toys. Even though Tropical Storm Bertha put a damper on our beach days, there were plenty of activities in the area to occupy our little ones. The owner was quick to respond to all of my questions about the house and the area.”
