“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Grayton Beach home. The home was very clean, well furnished, and stayed cool despite the Florida heat. The hosts were proactive and highly communicative as power was being restored after a hurricane, ensuring we had the latest info in case the power was still out upon our arrival. We can’t wait to visit again.”

“We were in a crunch w the hurricane that rolled thru - our other place had no power and had to cancel our week- I reached out to this host who was SUPER responsive and very helpful. They were able to accommodate us, even allowing us to check in early to start enjoying our vacation. A couple things to note- one review stated they didn’t like the bathroom downstairs sink and shower- we LOVED IT! It was the perfect spot post beach to shower off before going inside. The water doesn’t get hot, but who needs hot water when you come back from the beach. I would not use this as my normal shower tho because of that. Footsteps are loud upstairs because of no rugs- so bring slippers for the kids so they don’t wake you up :) The bikes were easy to get to, lots of fun things in the shed to bring to the beach, and incredible short walk to the beach thanks to that cut thru! Easy and short walk to a breakfast place, Mexican, ice cream. We would 1000% stay here again.”

“Townhome fit our family of 7 perfectly. We truly enjoyed the walking path that was just outside the back door and the coziness of the inside of the home! They were proactive with the incoming hurricane and provided helpful information. Would definitely stay again!”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Watercolor. The location was convenient to the pool, beach, & grocery store. Having the golf cart and bikes was such a luxury! The home was clean, well furnished, comfortable, and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again. Communication was incredibly easy with the hosts, and all of our questions were addressed and answered with such hospitality. 10/10 place to stay!”

“My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Splash on Ash and had a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful and easy to navigate being a ranch style, and the backyard was awesome. Checking in and out was simple, too. I would love to go back!”

“We had an amazing time at Santa Rosa Beach and really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The house had everything we needed and was one of the best stocked places we've stayed as far as kitchen items, extra blankets etc. We loved the living area and all of the space. Our family has 3 teens and an 8 year old and they all shared and loved the bunk room. Everything was very clean and the owner was very responsive to the questions I had. The walk to the beach was an easy 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend this home to anyone with a family. 5 stars! Thank you!”

“This was a lovely place to stay. It was super clean, great amenities, and very comfortable. They thought if so many things that made the space great, like a wagon to carry chairs and such to the beach. The patio and upstairs balcony was my favorite space. Just so peaceful looking out into nature. It was also far enough off 30A that you didn’t get any noice from the traffic. It had everything we needed and more. This was a great place and would highly recommend. I will stay here again if I’m back in the area.”
