The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite things was that you can use the golf cart to go anywhere, which made getting around so easy and fun. “This house is amazing! We had a big family group so there was plenty of room for everyone. Conveniently located just minutes from the square whether we were walking, biking or using the golf cart. The hosts were very accommodating and very responsive. Don’t miss your chance to stay here. It’s worth every penny!”

“We loved our stay here. Everything from check in to check out was completely seamless. Ali’s place is clean, cozy, and modern. We especially appreciated the attention to small details like the usb plugs in the rooms, plenty of beach towels, the beach supplies in the shed and extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Kitchen is well appointed - they have pretty much everything we needed to cook/bake. The condo is a quick 5 min walk to the beach and 1 minute to the pool. The beach is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky to have glassy calm water the first couple of days of our stay. All remaining days were still nice - good for the kids to boogey board. The pool is clean and well cared for and many times we had it all to ourselves. Easy 5-10 minute bike ride on the trail to Seaside or little longer to Alys or Rosemary beach if you want to explore 30A a bit. Lots of food options nearby if you simply want to walk. Highly recommend. This area is a hidden gem on 30A.”

“The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and looked just like the photos. The layout, decor, and location were all great and had the potential to make this a perfect stay. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues during our visit. In the middle of the night, the alarm system went off for no reason and the host wasn’t sure how to turn it off, which made for a very stressful situation. The home also had a strong dog odor and there was dog hair throughout the house that stuck to our clothes whenever we sat down. It didn’t feel like the home had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival — one restroom still had waste and sand in it. The host did respond quickly to messages, which we appreciated, but when we brought up the concerns, the main solution offered was for us to leave and receive a refund for the remainder of the stay. Since we were visiting from Texas, leaving on short notice really wasn’t a practical option for us.”

“Great location, comfortable home, lovely amenities, communicative management. We loved the pool and Inlet Beach was lovely. Access to the golf cart was super handy. The kitchen and grill were fantastic, which made it easy to cook many of our meals during our 5 day stay. Each bedroom having a bathroom made this stay comfortable, as did the high chair for our 9 month old, and all the great pool and beach gear. Highly recommend!”
