“This cute & cozy home was perfect for our group beach vacay. The walkable distance to the beach & private pool access was perfect for our group that included small children. There was enough parking for 3 vehicles which was perfect for us, as we were vacationing with two other families that are friends of ours. The recommendations/ guide book provided by the host were super helpful! The hosts were also easy to reach when we had questions about check out instructions.”

“This property was simply perfect for me and my family. Only 5 minutes from Inlet Beach and very spacious and clean. Exactly what we needed. The host was always responsive when asked for recommendations and having access to the golf cart was sooo convenient. The house was very cozy and we felt right at home.”

“Had an amazing experience!! with 4 kids it is always a little tricky to navigate, however this location was perfect, and the hosts were always responsive to any questions I had prior to the stay. We had a great time and my kids loved it! called it their beach home! would definitely recommend and hope to be able to come back and stay in the future!”

“The house was exactly as advertised, very clean. There are a lot of things such as the beach, places to eat, tennis, pool. A short manageable walk to the beach, which is fantastic. We had a question about the air conditioning but it turned out to not be a problem, the host was super responsive though, on top of it quickly. A great place to stay.”

One of the highlights for our family was the adorable book nook, which my daughter absolutely loved and spent a lot of time enjoying. “Exactly as described and we felt right at home. This home is beautiful and had all the extras!! A group of 6 stayed comfortably and it was the easiest check in! The host gave recommendations, clear directions and quickly answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!! It’s like home away from home!”

“The home was beautiful and the hosts were so responsive. The house had everything we needed. Don’t be deterred by the 3 stories- it really wasn’t that bad!!! At no fault to the owners, there is construction going on as this is a developing area. We, unfortunately, were woken up by construction beginning as early as 7 AM. This THE ONLY negative thing we experienced at the house. There were a couple days that it was SO loud and went on all day. This made napping with a 3 month old a little difficult at times- definitely something to consider if staying here (hopefully it clears up fast). The pool being just a few steps away was super awesome, but there are some strict rules and a security officer who is pretty brash (no fault to the Maxwell home owners). The Big Chill being walking distance was the cherry on top!! Amazing drinks and something to do every night- we went daily! Deer state park is definitely a walk if you have a lot of stuff- Grayton beach entrance is the way to go!”

“Ali and Luke are great hosts. Very quick response and helpful. The only thing didn't work as we expected is the beach condition. Because of rain everyday and no swimming condition red flags. Which was unpredictable. Overall, we had a great time.”
