Altez Vacations's guest rating in Florida of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “Right on the beach, best view in the area, close to town and host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will continue to visit this location.”

“Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful and comfortable. Can’t beat the pool access right in the back yard! Host was responsive to my questions. Provided late check out for an extra $45, which was worth it for us. Highly recommend!”
