“Location is fantastic for going to the beach, 20 steps and you’re on sand….. Had a AC issue that and the host immediately took care of the problem he’s is very helpful and fast respond with any type of questions. House is clean and comfortable, the location is the best part if you’re a beach goer. 2 parking spots in driveway with 2 more free street parking spots right in front that are first come first serve. Overall great place we will be back!”

“Cute, clean and cozy! Historic little cottage just off the main street of lively and walkable downtown Safety Harbor ...yet quiet and safe at night. Bed was comfortable, inside completely remodeled, kitchen had everything we needed. Only concern was no dedicated parking (open street parking) and as you are so close to all the fun, you might have to park a block away but so worth it to have convenient access to the cute downtown area of SH. We are returning!”

“The house was great, short walk to the beach, and beach gear was provided. Only downside is parking on the street and the spots fill up during the day while people are trying to get free spots for the beach. Be careful where you park, other people are quick to get your car towed. Other than parking, would 100% recommend not only the house but Above and Beyond Vacation Rentals!!”
