“Location is fantastic for going to the beach, 20 steps and you’re on sand….. Had a AC issue that and the host immediately took care of the problem he’s is very helpful and fast respond with any type of questions. House is clean and comfortable, the location is the best part if you’re a beach goer. 2 parking spots in driveway with 2 more free street parking spots right in front that are first come first serve. Overall great place we will be back!”

“The house was great, short walk to the beach, and beach gear was provided. Only downside is parking on the street and the spots fill up during the day while people are trying to get free spots for the beach. Be careful where you park, other people are quick to get your car towed. Other than parking, would 100% recommend not only the house but Above and Beyond Vacation Rentals!!”

“Matt was very proactive with communicating how to access the home. Very private, serene, clean, welcoming, and felt very secure with gated property. We had a wonderful time cooking in the kitchen with all of the wonderful utensils, bowls, pots and pans, … +2 dishwashers!! icemaker with plenty of proper seating(no back strain). Wonderful furniture inside and out to enjoy. Just not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this rental is- so I’ll say it’s “Above and Beyond” !!”

It was an easy walk into lovely Dunedin. Matt was super responsive if we had questions. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks for hosting us!”
