“We loved our stay at Above and Beyond Vacation Rental. The house was perfectly clean and free of clutter. Plenty of space both inside and out. The pool and backyard were spectacular. It was an easy walk into lovely Dunedin. Matt was super responsive if we had questions. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks for hosting us!”

“Great little complex of rentals. It sits right across from one of the best sunset locations in town. Super clean swimming pool, quiet, incredible access to the Pinellas trail (walk to pretty much anywhere right from the back yard). Owners are responsive. Kevin, ground maintenance, shows up to keep the exterior of place looking perfect each day. Air conditioning works well. Bed was large and mostly comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower for hair washing and shaving at the same time. It was nice that shampoo and conditioner and soap was provided. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels provided. It’s a very nice place, although, the only thing that would make it better would be a Ninja air-fryer. We were very limited on meals at “home”. Most of the restaurants in town, for us anyway, are just overpriced, so would be nice to have some more option for preparing dinners at “home”.”

“Matt & Jen were wonderful hosts! The (red door) tiny house was a perfect experience for 3 ladies on a girls weekend in early April. There’s a walking/biking trail just behind the place. The pool was clean and had a good many chairs for laying out. The unit we stayed in had 1 king, and two twins in the loft. No complaints about the king bed’s comfort. The twins were a bit firm for me, but I prefer a very soft bed. I slept on the couch and was perfectly comfortable. The upper outdoor sitting area was great! Very well shaded and made for a perfect spot for relaxing and having girl dinner (ie. Charcuterie and drinks)! There’s lots of shops to see in the area, and there’s a craft/food market every weekend. Good parking options. We enjoyed The Wild Iris Cafe a couple times for brunch. The AC unit needed parts but Matt was very accommodating and made sure we had options if we needed them. Luckily the temp was perfect and fans did the job. I highly recommend this vacation rental!”

“My mom and I stayed in this cabin for a few days during our visit to Dunedin. It was well equipped with everything we needed, the pool was lovely and the hosts were very responsive! It’s in a great location - bike-able to all of the shops, restaurants and activities that the cute town has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!”
