“This place is in a great location, not too busy and walkable to all the attractions, restaurants, shops, pier and boardwalk. Safe and mostly quiet streets. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Everything was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We had just travelled cross country and this bed was exactly the comfort we needed. I think the spot is perfect and we would stay here again. We had an issue with the lock on the door and the mechanic was able to resolve it. Thank you for a wonderful stay. As a guest you won’t regret it.”

“We try to visit the Tampa Bay area every year and so this time we focused on the Clearwater Beach area. I can't say enough about this place. Every floor, room and detail was perfect. It was probably the best rental I've ever stayed in to date. The kitchen was great for cooking - which we did quite a bit. The beds and bedrooms were great. I slept like a baby! The bathrooms were roomy and nicely designed. And to top it all off, the towels smelled great! Honestly, the main thing I look for is to be able to stay in a condo that is similar to my own home while also having features (waterfront) that I don't have. I felt perfectly at home in Above and Beyond Vacation Rentals place. We didn't want to leave and so we'll certainly be back.”

“Convenient stay and close to the beach. Chairs , wagon, etc on site with minor issues with wagon just from being little older / some rust but still usable and done the job! We were thankful it was there for use! We were within probably 30-45 ft of sand to the beach. Photos were different than in person to place and could use some work with stained chairs and the tv went out but again nothing that could not be fixed. We reached out to the owner who promptly addressed the TV going out.. when we first arrived the bedroom with 2 beds was extremely hot but after a while it cooled down. overall we felt price was a little much for what it was but again, it served its purpose and our family had a great time at the beach!”

“We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrella, which made our beach days so easy. The cute towel animals folded into birds when we arrived were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach vacation!”

“Our family had an amazing vacation! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With most of the local parking lots being pay-to-park, it was great to just leave our car in the garage and enjoy everything Clearwater had to offer. The house was very clean and comfortable, and being able to play pinball and pool was a bonus. We saw manatees from the decks and dock. The host was very responsive to all of our questions, which made the stay more enjoyable. Having the wagon available to carry things to the beach (which was only a short walk away) was great. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone with a family wanting a comfortable space for everyone.”
