“Great location. I love Blue Mountain Beach for being a slightly more quiet beach on the 30A but with the same white sands and clear waters the 30A is known for. Easy driving distance to Seaside and such. This condo is right on the beach and has beautiful views! However, the condo does need some updates, like the rusty vents in the bathrooms (so easy and inexpensive to fix, it is difficult to understand why it hasn’t been). Odd layout to the master suite. Kitchen is well equipped with new utensils. Condo is spacious and the two levels with two decks allows for privacy. As of Sept 2026, construction at site next door - felt the condo was pricey given this inconvenience. Noises were noticeable on the beach. There is an onsite beach rental service which was really convenient- we texted on a day to day basis to confirm need for chairs and umbrella. $30 per day.”

“We stayed here for a girls’ trip to celebrate a 40th birthday, and we absolutely loved the area! We felt incredibly safe, which was a huge plus, and the location was so convenient. It was a quick walk or tram ride to the beach. We didn’t expect to use the tram much, but it ended up being really convenient, especially in the heat. There was so much to do within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, and the beach, so we barely needed a car. The rental itself was clean and comfortable, although it was clear that it is a rental property, and some of the furniture and rugs were a bit worn. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely love to stay here again!”
