“I had a great time at this stay and do 100% recommend it. I decided to cook instead of buying meals every day (they had a lot of kitchen supplies!). They were also very accommodating with helping with a DC permit, which was incredibly helpful. The Airbnb is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. I would suggest this Airbnb to anyone who is thinking of going to DC.”

“It is a great place to stay if you plan to eat out for most meals. The house itself is very nice but it is in a neighborhood that is not safe to walk around at night.”

“A co-worker and I decided to stay in a house rather than hotels for a week while a trade show at the Washington convention center. This home was within walking distance, about 15 minutes, to that convention hall. This a very residential area, so quiet and with real people that live there. So not a party spot. The home has 2 separate bedrooms and a nice living room/ kitchen/ common area. The homes in this area are all a very narrow, historic design. This made for the only minor quirk worth mentioning. The front bedroom, though private at night, acts as the entrance and hallway during the day. If someone needs complete privacy, they will need the 2nd bedroom. Everything else was great. During the evening, a 5 minute walk got you to coffee shops, restaurants, and light shopping. This was a great spot just out of the busy parts of Washington DC.”

“Host was very responsive and helpful whenever I needed. The place has 2 comfortable rooms and good bathrooms as well as a wonderful kitchen and living room. Location was great to get around either walking or biking.”
