“When we arrived, the couch was broken. We communicated this with the Host and while they didn't fix it while we were there, they did arrange to replace if for the next rental. Luckily, we only had four people and so didn't need the couch for sleeping purposes as that would have been impossible. Would have also been nice to have a couple of coffee servings but Starbucks is nearby and coffee is also served in the lobby at a machine.”

“We stayed here for the freedom 250 race and it was the perfect location! Able to walk everywhere and to some amazing restaurants! We definitely will return!”

“Very good location close to the Mall and National Archives. Spacious apartments with ample closet storage. Outside of the immediate control of the lister: the building's sauna, steam room, hot tub, and locker room all seem to be suffering from some delayed maintenance. (Uneven heating in sauna, low temperature in hot tub, broken locker doors in men's locker room).”
