“This space was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and the location is fantastic. However, for a couple of reasons related to amenities, we probably won’t stay again (e.g., no closet space to hang clothes, no coffee available, have to bring your own toilet paper).”

“Spent five nights here on my own while conferencing/writing. Great kictchen facilities, nice technical setup/tv, easy to find, very clean and spacious, prompt communication along the way. Three reasons why I give my stay four stars instead of five stars: 1) long time in advance of my stay, I was forced to move my travel dates slightly but my request to move the stay one day (or at least shorten it one day) was declined; 2) neighbours were noisy (loud music from 5 pm to 11 pm every day); 3) there was one (1) hanger in the entire appartment and no place to hang it, which is less optimal when travelling with conference-gear. I realise these things might not be issues to every visitor, so YMMW.”

“I cannot rave enough about this place. great location, wonderful space and excellent hosts. the whole unit has incredible flow -- ample space for a couple and a baby. can't beat the location -- abundant restaurants and shops, right between Logan circle and U/14th Street. somehow next to all the action but very private and quiet. we stayed here a week and this is going to be the first place that I'm going to try to book for all of my return trips to DC. Bob you're doing wonderful work here!”
