“Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach home hosted by Bob and his co-host! The home itself was absolutely beautiful, spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was enough room for the family and still had plenty of room to spare. The location was perfect, just a quick walk or ride from the beach, shops, restaurants, hangout spots, and even the outlets. One of the highlights of our trip was being able to host a large family dinner where everyone could gather together in one space comfortably. Although we were unfortunately rained in for most of the weekend, Bob and his co-host went above and beyond by offering us the choice of a late checkout or a complimentary free night due to the weather. That level of kindness and consideration meant everything to us. The Gonzalez family truly appreciates the hospitality, and we will absolutely be rebooking with OC Beachfront Rentals in the future. Highly recommend!”

“My group of 13 had an amazing stay at this house. It is very spacious, plenty of parking, easy key pad check in. Great for bigger group. Steps from the beach and a Mcdonald’s! The hosts respond very quick and provide everything you need! Two balconies. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“As a family that travels to Ocean City every year for tradition, we’ve stayed in quite a few places, and this home truly stood out. It was exceptionally clean, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate and it turned into a rainy weekend, we were able to make the most of it by simply enjoying each other’s company in such a welcoming space. We especially appreciated the host’s kindness in offering options for a late checkout or even an additional night due to the weather, that level of thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed and meant a lot to us. The home was so well equipped that we rarely needed to leave, which made the experience even more relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay and would gladly return again.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay, the apartment was well appointed very clean and very comfortable. All communication was answered quickly and very friendly location is perfect and close to a lot of food options a few blocks from seacrets and right near a bus stop. Would stay again for sure”

“There are many positive things about this home. It is a very nice home located within walking distance of AMI (about .75 miles to beach). The community is nice, quite and has good access to the water. The house was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The dock is very convenient if you have a boat and there is a ramp in the community to launch although the ramp had a big drop off at at the end. Overall it was a good place. On the downside, it's managed by a management company which meant fees for early check-in, unclear fees related to pool heat and somewhat slow response (about 8 hours) for a simple flipped breaker (electric panel was in a locked closet). The community is advertised as a boating community which is certainly is however the only place that trailers are allowed to be parked is in the garage. Boats on trailers are not allowed to be parked anywhere in the community so boats need to be launched immediately upon arrival and retrieved just before departure.”

“DO NOT BOOK! Wish I could upload pictures. Only good things are the pool and beach supplies provided. Upon arrival, the floors were filthy, shower loofa left by previous people, mold all over shower curtain, and large hole in the master bedroom mattress with a sharp metal spring sticking out. Contacted host in the morning and was able to get a mop and shower curtain dropped off. Same day 4 LARGE COCKROACHES found. Ceiling panel hanging down in bathroom. Messaged host again and was offered for people to come and spray for bugs. 19 weeks pregnant and had a toddler with us. 100% not comfortable with pesticides being sprayed or people having to come into our place several times with all of our stuff there. Small refund asked for so we could book another place, host denied and he insisted they can come and spray. after involving Airbnb support Rico (host) still only offered to come spray at 5pm, night before we left. Last 2 days no hot water either. Spent the whole trip dealing with host.”

“Property was not as expected. We arrived to a dirty home with a cockroach inside and a strong bug spray smell. During the stay, multiple family members developed bites on their arms and legs consistent with bed bug bites, and my son developed a rash. The situation worsened and we had to seek urgent care. Because of the health concerns, we were forced to leave early and pay for alternate lodging ourselves. We reported the issues but did not receive meaningful help resolving them. This was a stressful and costly experience for my family, and I would not stay here again.”
