“Good location and not far walk to the beach. Pool was dirty, mold in upstairs shower as well as the shower door not able to close. The walls were dirty and all pool/beach items in shed were dirty and just stacked up in shed. Pictures a little deceiving about size of unit.”

“The place was fine, but there were some issues that could be improved. The biggest one was the overall impression that we are the receiving end of maximizing profits, as evidenced by the attempts to upsell early check-in and late check-out, as wells as the very ungenerous -for-price 'starter pack'. Other issues were fixed quickly but were there initially nonetheless: lack of thrash cans (we only had one, which was initially justified as being part of the ‘starter pack’), only two dishwasher tablets, no entry rugs nor bath mats, and a clogged bathtub. Then there were little things that were bothersome but beyond being able to be fixed during our stay: shower water pressure was too low, almost all of the electrical outlets in the main room were too loose to hold a plug, etc. In the end, it's a nice place, nice kitchen, having a dishwasher is a plus, location is great, etc… it's fine. But, my mine gripe really is the unnecessary and counter-productive feeling of being squeezed.”

“The house was great! Inside was clean and everything in good condition. The kids loved the pool. The hot tub was noticeably dirty and would immediately foam over as soon as the jets were turned on due to the dirty water. Getting that problem corrected was frustrating and slow. They did eventually have someone come out and top off the water which helped a bit but it was still dirty which was why we removed a star. Other than that, the house was clean and we were very happy with everything. The location was convenient for the beach and the shops on Pine. The beach was a bit too far for the kids to walk, so we drove most days and would look for street parking, but it’s walkable if you choose.”

“Gorgeous place but the management did not leave any trash bags for us and the place had full trash bins from previous guests when we arrived. I requested a credit for this as we came by boat and did not have a vehicle to go to the store. I figured after paying almost 4k they would at least have trash bags and cleaning supplies as well as a thorough cleaning done before arrival. When I asked for a credit I was told they would get back to me and I have. It heard anything in weeks. I like the area, but I will not book with this management company again.”

“Beautiful house, need better cleaning”

“The location is excellent. There were stains on the pull out couch mattresses. the walls had some noticeable stains and the kitchen counters had debris along the edges. These are not deal breakers but should be addressed. on our first day we did notice condom wrappers and cigarette butts on the pool deck. Otherwise we really like the place and enjoyed our stay.”

“DO NOT BOOK! Wish I could upload pictures. Only good things are the pool and beach supplies provided. Upon arrival, the floors were filthy, shower loofa left by previous people, mold all over shower curtain, and large hole in the master bedroom mattress with a sharp metal spring sticking out. Contacted host in the morning and was able to get a mop and shower curtain dropped off. Same day 4 LARGE COCKROACHES found. Ceiling panel hanging down in bathroom. Messaged host again and was offered for people to come and spray for bugs. 19 weeks pregnant and had a toddler with us. 100% not comfortable with pesticides being sprayed or people having to come into our place several times with all of our stuff there. Small refund asked for so we could book another place, host denied and he insisted they can come and spray. after involving Airbnb support Rico (host) still only offered to come spray at 5pm, night before we left. Last 2 days no hot water either. Spent the whole trip dealing with host.”

“We have stayed for 5 days. Location is good close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Neighborhood is quiet. The house needs renovation to be done: some walls, outlets are showing worn.Grill grates needs to be replaced - it was so bad that we didn’t want to use it without foil trays. The floor was dirty like no one never cleaned it.Socks were dirty after walking for couple minutes. In our first day, we saw that the sink is leaking and I texted,then called the management right away. It was Sat around 3-3:30pm. They said that they received request and working on it. At 5 pm office was closed and no one replied back to any of my messages. After-hours, busy, leave a VM. They sent a guy to repair the sink next day / his window was 3-4pm - and they let us know at 2:55 pm. I would say that was inappropriate and shortsighted. Another problem that we had no WIFI for 3days. The network wasn’t in the list. After texting for multiple times - management kept sending me wrong network and password.”

“Property was not as expected. We arrived to a dirty home with a cockroach inside and a strong bug spray smell. During the stay, multiple family members developed bites on their arms and legs consistent with bed bug bites, and my son developed a rash. The situation worsened and we had to seek urgent care. Because of the health concerns, we were forced to leave early and pay for alternate lodging ourselves. We reported the issues but did not receive meaningful help resolving them. This was a stressful and costly experience for my family, and I would not stay here again.”
