“Great place!”

“Nice view and apartment! Apartment provided cups, plates and cooking supplies. Cleanliness 2/10. Bathroom and kitchen weren’t the best. Couch cushions filling were outside of the casing and unable to zip up. Parking 5/10. Neighborhood 6/10.”

“Upon arrival, parking was unexpectedly difficult. We waited approximately 30 minutes for the host to open the garage, with very slow communication after a long drive. Considering the $100 garage parking fee, the delay and inconvenience were unacceptable. When entering the loft, we found food left on the kitchen counter, trash not taken out, and the dining area unclean. Both bedrooms had unchanged sheets, dirty bathrooms, and towels left on the floor. We attempted to contact the host but received delayed responses and no immediate accommodations. We were told cleaners would arrive the following day, which was not acceptable as we could not sleep in dirty sheets. We were forced to move to a different downstairs unit despite having paid for the penthouse. We were only able to return to a properly cleaned penthouse the next day at 10 AM.”

“Overall convenient location given proximity to public transportation and nice, spacious place with views. Needs more hands-on maintenance though, lots of broken furniture and missing items to make it a comfortable stay.”

“Parking in the garage was optional which I agreed to. However, the host had withheld proper check-in instructions because I had not paid garage fee even though I had not yet parked in garage. So, upon my 7pm arrival, I was stuck out in the rain because I didn’t have actual check-in codes forwarded to me. The front desk felt sorry for me, let me in and explained that the information that I was trying to use to access the building was not what I needed. So when I contacted the host repeating what front desk had said, he then revealed he hadn’t sent the actual access codes because I hadn’t sent the $50 for the parking garage????? What did one have to do with the other? The property was paid for and you can’t access the garage either way without reaching out to the host EVERY TIME you enter. It made no sense and the host was a little sharp in his tone.”
