“Great location. We did feel safe here. The fitness center is wonderful. The listing does say that the photos are "representative " or something to that effect. The apartment we got did not look like the photos. So much so that as soon as we walked in my 9 year old exclaimed "we got scammed".”

“I picked this place specifically for the kitchen island and the glass shower that are in the photos. Upon arriving they tell you there’s no parking and parking in the garage is 40$ a day. I went to the garage and the garage said full. I had to call someone to come get my car. When I arrived in the room it was a completely different room. No stand up shower, no island & extremely small. Everything was packed together, it wasn’t even a 1 bedroom it was a studio. I reported it to the person they have on site and was told to talk to them at 9am despite my checkout time being at 11am & by that time my stay would be over”

“Great location, $40 a night for parking under bldg was worth it. take the Lime bike’s everywhere was awesome and not that expensive. Whitehouse just down the street. Condo was as described, only complaint was the bed is horrible, we did notify Global. I would also like to suggest to have a shelf in the shower as u have to keep things on the shower floor. Washer and dryer in condo was perfect. Bring soap, they provide 1x use of soap. Bring your extra shampoo and bodywash. They had extra bath towels in the large closet in the bedroom. Overall happy for the 7 nights we stayed in sept 2026. Thank you.”

“The location is great, and the apartment itself is comfortable, but pest issues and awful support from the host ruined my stay. ​During my stay on the first floor, a huge swarm of ants came in through the windows, and I found cockroaches in the kitchen. Support was extremely slow to respond, and their only "solution" was scheduling pest control for the exact day I was checking out, which was completely useless. ​The only reason this stay was not a total disaster was the lovely receptionist. According to her, she wasn't affiliated with the host at all, but she kindly stepped in and moved me to another room so I could spend my last two days in peace. Great location, but terrible communication from the host and zero support when real issues arose.”

“Highly Recommend. Great place, great amenities. The only complaint is spotty reception. You need the Wifi to make calls etc and it was out for almost 2 days. Since we needed the WiFi for work, it became a bigger problem to have to look for reliable service outside of the unit. The only thing management did was apologize. Everything else was excellent.”
