“The staff were great and friendly. The location can’t be beat. The room is fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep but it’s very tired and there were multiple maintenance issues. There are hardly any lights and one of the wall sconces was hanging off the wall so the apartment was super dark but the biggest issue is the toilet didn’t work. From the first moment of check in the toilet had issues. The staff sent maintenance the next morning and it was temporarily fixed but still gave issues all week. Luckily I was only using the space to sleep.”

“Pros……Place was very nice, right in the middle of everything. Beautiful views from rooftop of the mall and the city. Very reasonable in price compared to hotels that would have been half the size. Cons…. Fortunately I only had 4 people traveling instead of six because the second ac unit did not work. I made contact with the host through messages and was told someone would come out immediately and take a look. I’m really not sure if anyone ever came out as I didn’t hear anything else about it and it still doesn’t work. We just moved a mattress in the living area and one of them slept on the couch where it was nice and cool. The apartment lobby completely smells like trash including the elevators and did all week. This did not affect the room though. This is not on the host but the management of the property. I’m not sure if it’s even something that can be fixed. I still would recommend this place based on price, location, and views. Cheesecake Factory on property was nice.”

“Tough time getting in and had to wait almost an hour to get help onsite. Asked a leasing manager for help yesterday and her response was not friendly and seemed to be bothered to answer a general question. Space appeared to be clean, but dusty.”

“My biggest concern is on this app we rent places to stay based on the pictures. As soon as I opened the door it was clearly visible that this was not the same place from the furniture to the layout of the apartment. This was false advertising. I went back to check and see if maybe I missed something in the description I’m still not sure where I went wrong. Now besides that it wasn’t horrible I enjoyed the stay it had everything that we needed and could ask for. It was in close proximity to the White House the African American Museum and many more national treasures. So for that I would still give them a 7/10. Just be up from with ppl there spending there hard earn money”
