“We stayed for a weekend in mid October and had a nice stay. The location is awesome with views of the bay from the deck, family room, kitchen & 2 bedrooms. The house was a few steps across the highway to the beach, and within walking distance to shops &restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, the living/dining area was bright& roomy enough for 5 adults& a dog. The beds were comfy, the master bath has been updated from the photos supplied. Communication with Vacasa was easy, they were prompt& attentive. There were a few " housekeeping issues" that prevented this stay from being perfect. There was a big pot hole filled with rain water in the drive- which is not gravel covered as shown in the pics. The dishwasher was just started as we arrived, so we didnt have use of nicer dinnerware for dinner. There was some dirt in the shower, outdoor furniture was worn& fireplace did not work. They sent someone out to fix, but he couldn't. Nice overall, we were happy the dog was welcome”

“The communications with VueStay was very responsive and the on-site check-in process was very fast, friendly. The unit was as advertised on-line. The reason we selected this unit and the most important attraction to us was the expansive views of the ocean and the wrap around balcony. However, a few disappointments that did not reflect well on the management company: 1. There were plenty of hand marks and smears on the floor to ceiling glass which "clouded" the otherwise spectacular views from the living room. The glass were definitely not cleaned well. 2. There were some cobwebs in the ceiling. 3. The freezer in the refrigerator was overflowing with snow and ice when we got there. I had to clear all this out by hand to make some ice during our stay. This was communicated to us by a text message "after" we checked in. 4. Some of the pots, pans, utensils in the kitchen were in very bad/grimy shape and need to be replaced.”

“It was an okay stay, we just needed the space for so many people. For how many properties this company has, they should spend some time/money upgrading this one.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND. We had a group of 5 - booked for 3 nights. Upon arrival we noticed a smell, but assumed it was because it was, at the time, raining outside. But the moldy smell never dissipated. Visible mold in bathrooms and smell throughout the house. We left after two nights because three of our five were feeling ill and enduring headaches. We informed the property manager who was clear there would be no financial relief for the 3rd night we forfeited. That's fine, we would rather cut our trip short and keep our health. They said they do plan to clean and get the property tested, so that's good I guess. But until they fix the damp moldy basement smell that permeates the entire house, please steer yourself clear. If cleaned, I'd have recommended without hesitation.”
