“Very nice, relaxing, enjoyable stay! Beds were a little uncomfortable but for a weekend getaway, didn’t expect it to be as comfy as at home! Pollen was terrible so couldn’t really sit out and enjoy the balcony but was able to enjoy the waves and the sound from inside. Very clean. Would return again!”

“The place is in the perfect location, overlooking the beautiful beach. Close to stores and main stores, yet keeps the much-needed silence. I would highly recommend the place for families with kids!!”

“Read the fine print, as there are several details not clearly explained prior to booking. We were charged an extra $100 for mandatory fees not disclosed prior to the no cancellation booking. We later discovered we were charged the full weekly rate for less than 2 days total stay. Be sure to read all of the property rules on the Sea Colony website before booking for a full picture of what you are getting into. That said, the condo was what we expected and everyone was very nice. We did have a challenge checking in because we were not sent the address, door code, or any details other than go to the rental office. Since it was after hours we had to call, which we expected, but the call service couldn't even tell us the address of where to go. They did call the property manager who was lovely and called us so fast we were still on the phone with the after hours person. Also, you're on the 9th floor of a building with outside walkways. Caution if you have a fear of heights or vertigo.”

“I have to say this condo was absolutely incredible. I wanted to extended my stay and it was booked by the time I could- I have full intentions to return to this condo at Sea Colony. The local bars were walkable. Rehoboth beach was a 20 min drive/uber. Bethany Beach downtown and shops were walkable and accessible! It was an incredible view, beautiful space and such a comfortable bed!! I would recommend that the light switch in the living room having a sign that in order to turn it on you must use the switch on the floor by the outlet. This would have been nice info to have. I really have nothing negative to stay. I loved it. I highly recommend the stay. I can’t wait to return!!!”
