“Neighborhood community is very nice. Note: THERE IS AN EXTRA RESORT FEE, which was not specified in the booking receipt. Place could be more clean, 2 electric outlet plates were open which is unsafe when you travel with a kid. 2nd bedroom beds were very small (twin). Patio was not cleaned, had a lot of dead leaves.”

“Our TieBreaker Court unit was lovely and very clean. There are so many amenities at Sea Colony including multiple pools, fitness center, private beach and so much more. The private deck is beautifully decorated and quiet. The unit itself is beautifully updated. We highly recommend it!”

“Great location! Close to beach and not a bad walk to the boardwalk. The only thing that I didn’t like was there were no pillow cases on the pillows and there was a big dark crusty stain on the comforter. Also, there was a dog barking in the condo near us.”

“Hello, Just wanted to share my disappointment with my past vacation. I reached out about the amount of nails that were raised going up to our vacation home. I have small children and this was extremely dangerous. I must say I am glad that someone did come out and nail them back down during our stay but only after I explained how dangerous it was to to multiple people. The home was not clea. Th master shower was not cleaned from the previous guests. Their long black hairs were all over the shower and all the soap residue was all over the clear glass door. The back deck had not been swept since last season. It was completely covered with dried tree droppings. The master bed blanket was stained down the center and so we did not have a comforter for our stay and it was a cold and rainy week. This was not my idea of vacation to show up and start cleaning. The master bed doesnt sleep well- it is old and sinks. I was offered by MGT to get the place cleaned and no one came. Disappointed.”

“Beautiful house right on the water. Lovely clean bedrooms, beautiful kitchen. Asking us to take trash that's accumulated past the trash pickup days seems a bit much, so we put it in the outside bin.”
