“Great location and great property. Very affordable and made for a wonderful vacation for our family. I do wish that it was possible to speak with the local branch of VueStay instead of a corporate office, as that seems to lead to longer resolution time of simple issues.”

“Was very nice air bnb ! Would stay again only thing is they was a lot of ants and the ac didn’t work too well in the master bedroom upstairs.”

“Place seemed really nice online but when we got there the smart lock and code they gave us were not programmed properly. We struggle to get inside for over 30 minutes. There was no option for early check-in. The earliest we were able to check in was 4pm. While struggling to get inside, we were stung by hornets that were nesting on the porch by the front door tried calling several times to get help to no avail. Also, the garage door opener was completely broken and unusable. I was able to get through to someone on Airbnb who had a code for a lockbox with the keys to the house. I don’t know why that wasn’t an option from the start but after about an hour and a half of getting in we finally got a call back from the property to give us the code for the lockbox that Airbnb gave us if it wasn’t for Airbnb we would’ve been stuck outside for almost 2 hours. Wasn’t offered anything for our struggles or the things that were wrong with the property. I don’t write reviews ever felt I had to.”
