“We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and the perfect size for our group allowing us all to be together in the living room or at the large dining room table but to also have our own space, when needed. The home had everything we needed from kitchen utensils/pots/pans (and a griddle!) to the bicycles and beach chairs in the garage. Communication with our host was great and they were so responsive to our questions! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Not a complaint at all but some area for improvement. The wifi password is case sensitive so what is in the handbook is inaccurate. Only the first letter is upper case. Then it would appear the linen from the last occupants was still in the entry foyer. We discovered this on our own because some of that linen was damp. Then I wish there had been more aggressive information about the amenities and the need to reserve in advance. We found out what was on offer on site. If I had seen something like "Bring your gym and swim wear, for an extra $70 you gain access to high end facilities etc."”

“We were expected to make all the beds (five) and expected to strip the beds (which is ok) and fold them and place them in packing bags or else be charged an extra fee. Directions were to dispose of garbage in containers outside. There were no bins on the property and when we called the agent we were informed to take the garbage to a trash container, with no helpful instructions as to where in the large neighborhood this container was. No flexibility with late check out altho our timing was off season and the neighborhood was practically deserted of air-b-n B renters. All this made for stressful exit.”
