“The property is very accommodating for approx 4 guests and 2 children. The surrounding properties are very close - adjoining backyards (not much room for privacy). The pool is a community pool requiring a stiff fee. The people in the community are extremely nice and the locale is very close to all the going-ons in Ocean City.”

“Our stay was wonderful - the house was big enough for each of the three families to have their own areas to sleep. The two living rooms were great for kids and adults to hang out in and the kitchen was well equipped, including a crushed ice machine. The outside areas and the games in the garage were a hit. Overall, would highly recommend.”

“Positive-The community is beautiful, and the home offered several great amenities, including games, bikes for guests to use, and beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately, issues that made our stay less enjoyable, far too many mosquitoes that tore into ur skin which made it difficult to use either the screened-in patio or the open patio. I also don’t feel the home comfortably accommodates 14 people. It may work if everyone is like being in close quarters, but for a large group, the space felt very tight. The shared bathroom on 2nd floor tub leaked into the kitchen area, causing the kitchen lights to stop working. A plumber eventually came and had to remove two of the lights so that the remaining lights would function, but ceiling was left unfinished for the remainder of our stay. Communication was a concern. Host couldn’t be reached easily, and slow to respond. repeatedly dealing with maintenance issues during our stay was frustrating & this affected our experience significantly”

“It was a nice and easy stay for a family of 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 dog! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were decently comfortable, the sunset views were beautiful, the pool was great, there are several restaurants nearby, the beach is very easy to drive to and Ocean City is about 20 minutes away! We brought all our own linen and towels and didn't have any issues with the house. Would recommend for an easy stay!”
