“Overall, we had a good stay and the home worked well for our group. Check-in was very easy, the house was spacious, and the large kitchen was perfect for cooking and gathering together. The lay out of the bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone feel like they had some privacy. It’s also a short 10ish minute walk to the beach & close to many restaurants. That said, there were a few downsides. The checkout instructions felt excessive, especially considering the cost of the rental. Guests are expected to complete a long list of cleaning tasks before leaving, which made checkout feel stressful. The 10:00 AM checkout time also felt early given everything that needed to be done. Additionally, linens were not included and had to be rented separately or brought from home, which was surprising for a rental at this price point. Overall, it’s a nice house for a large group, but I’d recommend being prepared for a longer than usual checkout process, especially if have a large group.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. While we brought our own beach stuff, they had everything you could need in the garage. The beds were comfy, and there were a lot of games in the house to play. The room with the bunk bed has more stuff than the pictures- there’s a train table and lots of toys to play with. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed that there were two pools. Close enough to the beach but far enough to still have those quiet times. The cleaners did a great job thoroughly going over the whole house!”

“It was a very clean and nice home. We stayed with a group of 12 people and had no issues. Beds were comfortable and very big. Despite what is listed below, it was a very enjoyable week and house. A few picky gripes: -Neighborhood wasn’t super nice, but posed no issues -Pool was very cold in the beginning of June, and we were told pool heating wasn’t offered during the summer months -Fire pit was missing, and when I asked about the location, the host said it would be delivered — it never was. -Big lack of pots and pans considering this house is listed for 14 people. We happened to bring two pans with us, and they were a lifesaver. -We ran out of the provided paper towels and trash bags by the middle of the week and had to go out and buy more.”

“The place was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. Very close to downtown rehoboth. Checkin was delayed because I was originally provided the wrong entry code, but I did receive a call back within a few minutes from the emergency line. Some trash was left behind, and the tenant above was very loud starting around 4 am most mornings. All in all was still a great stay.”
