“Beautiful place. Read the description good and all the messages. There are no linens on the bed or towels. There is a fee of over $100 for bed linens. As a traveler, that's not ideal for me. I hope this is not a new trend for host because I won't be staying there. You can buy sheets and towels for less than $100. It's a walk up. If u have heavy things to carry, be prepared to walk up. Im glad there was parking for the unit. Street parking is seasonal. Certain times of the year you can't street park. Washer and dryer is shared, not in the unit. The location is perfect. Walkable to everything. The unit was spacious and clean. The key is located at an office, which was about 2mins away. This was a nice place just keep in mind those little things for your accommodation.”

“Overall, we had a good stay and the home worked well for our group. Check-in was very easy, the house was spacious, and the large kitchen was perfect for cooking and gathering together. The lay out of the bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone feel like they had some privacy. It’s also a short 10ish minute walk to the beach & close to many restaurants. That said, there were a few downsides. The checkout instructions felt excessive, especially considering the cost of the rental. Guests are expected to complete a long list of cleaning tasks before leaving, which made checkout feel stressful. The 10:00 AM checkout time also felt early given everything that needed to be done. Additionally, linens were not included and had to be rented separately or brought from home, which was surprising for a rental at this price point. Overall, it’s a nice house for a large group, but I’d recommend being prepared for a longer than usual checkout process, especially if have a large group.”

“It was a very clean and nice home. We stayed with a group of 12 people and had no issues. Beds were comfortable and very big. Despite what is listed below, it was a very enjoyable week and house. A few picky gripes: -Neighborhood wasn’t super nice, but posed no issues -Pool was very cold in the beginning of June, and we were told pool heating wasn’t offered during the summer months -Fire pit was missing, and when I asked about the location, the host said it would be delivered — it never was. -Big lack of pots and pans considering this house is listed for 14 people. We happened to bring two pans with us, and they were a lifesaver. -We ran out of the provided paper towels and trash bags by the middle of the week and had to go out and buy more.”
