“We used this ABNB for 4 weeks while our home underwent renovations. The company accommodated 2 requests to extend our stay. The location is excellent, and there was a great small dog park on the grounds. The unit is a good size and has potential but needs a DEEP CLEAN & RENO. The doors to the bldg and unit aren’t secure and the carpet steps in bldg are FILTHY. Inside the apt was DIRTY: cabinets, walls, appliances, trash under both beds, pet fur/hair under the sofa & the garbage disposal was full of debris & did not work. We killed gnats and roaches throughout the apt the entire stay. One shower had rusted doors and shower head, the tub in main BR felt unstable. Also there was dried feces under the DR table. We reported the complaints w/pictures but they were not addressed. We used our linen/towels/dishes/pots. WiFi issue was fixed after correct password was given. An exterminator came but did nothing; 3 days b4 checkout maintenance fixed the GD. Overall we don’t recommend.”

“As always I do like to stay in Pinebrook. Very quiet and comfortable place. Amazing park in walking distance. I would like to stay there for a next month but the only thing is the price went up since my last stay early this year. Other than that it’s very nice place to stay.”
