“The house was completely clean and a wonderful size. It seems practically new and had lots of bedrooms and baths for all of our party of eight. The garage was clean and the service was great. The clubhouse had an awesome pool and sauna and billiards and Pickleball and basketball. Couldn't have gone better.”

“Our stay was comfortable & clean. We always had direct contact with the host. The house was gorgeous and roomy and had everything we needed. If we had forgotten something from home, the house generally had it already including extra beach chairs! The area was quiet and private, next to a cul-de-sac. My boys enjoyed riding their bikes in the community. Side note, we really enjoyed the decor. Especially the food and pet canvases on the walls. Would def recommend staying at this location, we have no complaints. 💙”

It was perfect for 2+ families with kids, close to the pool and club center so we could come and go easily. We had some minor hiccups along the way that Ian took care of immediately and were completely out of his control. His responsiveness and communication was the best I've encountered using AirBNB. If you're looking for a 4+ bedroom house near Bethany Beach in a great community with a pool, fitness, etc., you can't beat this property.
