“Wonderful home for families. The beds are comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Although there were minor bumps along the way, Ian went above and beyond to communicate and make things right. Highly recommended.”

“We had a great stay at this property. Neighborhood is a short drive (or bike) to the beach, plenty of free parking, SO quiet at night, and great for walks. We've stayed at OVBC before but this home was just perfect. Big, bright, spacious, uncluttered house with lovely & comfortable furnishings, and lots of extras. First time we'd ever LOVED the beds in a rental property! Furnishings were beautiful but casual, we loved the extras like tons of extra blankets & pillows, well-stocked kitchenware, games, & pool table. Plenty of comfy sleeping & hang out space. We did not use the community pool/rec facilities on this stay but we know from a previous stay that the pool and gym are convenient and nice (for an extra fee.) Property manager Ian was terrific - proactive, helpful & communicative before our stay & super helpful with one small issue at the house (totally our doing...) We will book here again, and will check out Ian's other properties as well! Great stay!”

“Overall clean house, nice layout of the house, short walk to community pool, quick drive to the beach. Host was quick the respond. Amenities were great for a week’s stay. Enjoyed our stay but there is new building construction across the street which definitely made it less enjoyable and relaxing to sit on the front porch.”
