“Our stay at Bay Knolls was fantastic!! Our family of 10 felt right at home, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The community was beautiful! Ian did let us know there was some construction going on, as the community is fairly new, however, that was no issue at all. The home was super clean, beautifully appointed and decorated!! It was well stocked with beach supplies, pots/pans, appliances and even spices for cooking 😀. We were about a 3 minute drive off the main road from local groceries and the pharmacy, and about a 15-20 min drive to main attractions such as the beach and restaurants!! We also had access to the community pool which the children loved!! We would absolutely stay again!! Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!!”

“The cutest beach town condo! The hosts were very kind and quick for our last minute booking. Although we only stayed two nights the condo was perfect for our stay. The area was peaceful and easy to get to. Having a designated parking spot was amazing and the pool was also an added bonus. The condo was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, was perfectly clean and almost seemed brand new. The beds were super comfortable and we fit 4 adults in the condo comfortably. Having an in condo washer and dryer was super helpful as well. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we would need to cook although we did not during our trip. Would have loved to stay here for a longer time period we will for sure be back!”

“The house was completely clean and a wonderful size. It seems practically new and had lots of bedrooms and baths for all of our party of eight. The garage was clean and the service was great. The clubhouse had an awesome pool and sauna and billiards and Pickleball and basketball. Couldn't have gone better.”

“Our stay was comfortable & clean. We always had direct contact with the host. The house was gorgeous and roomy and had everything we needed. If we had forgotten something from home, the house generally had it already including extra beach chairs! The area was quiet and private, next to a cul-de-sac. My boys enjoyed riding their bikes in the community. Side note, we really enjoyed the decor. Especially the food and pet canvases on the walls. Would def recommend staying at this location, we have no complaints. 💙”
