“The house was very clean, lots of amenities at the house - board games, books, beach towels, beach cooler, more kitchen amenities than I’ve ever seen at a rental, access to garage, spices and cooking basics available, grill, free use of private community pool, quiet and safe neighborhood that I walked a few times. The only downside was the beds were extremely firm and pillows were pretty flat, though that’s just a matter of personal preference.”

“Great stay. Loved the beach cottage vibe. Bedrooms were great. House had everything needed. All you need is to pack your clothes. Kitchen well stocked and had alot of extras including bikes, corn hole, beach chairs and towels. Backyard was nicely done and the detached garage with air hockey and small bar is great for a group. Fire pit was nice touch too. Would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful place and great location for a family trip, just keep in mind that early check-in and late checkout are not available, so plan accordingly.”

“The space and neighborhood were lovely—it felt like the perfect landing place for my children and me. I especially enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and that there was enough space for us all to breathe in our own rooms. Bethany Beach Boardwalk is just 12 minutes away, and grocery stores are only about 6 minutes. I imagine it’s especially nice in the summer with the community pool open and the shuttle to the beach. It was a refreshing change of pace from city life to be in a place where neighbors smile and wave.”

“We enjoyed our stay! The place was freshly cleaned prior to our arrival which made our stay more comfortable. The location was quiet with useful amenities including a gym and basketball court within walking distance. The kitchen was fully stocked with clean and seemingly new pots, pans, and useful tools. The grocery store was close by along with several restaurants which were also a plus. Thank you!”
