“Great stay. Loved the beach cottage vibe. Bedrooms were great. House had everything needed. All you need is to pack your clothes. Kitchen well stocked and had alot of extras including bikes, corn hole, beach chairs and towels. Backyard was nicely done and the detached garage with air hockey and small bar is great for a group. Fire pit was nice touch too. Would definitely stay again.”

“The house was very clean, lots of amenities at the house - board games, books, beach towels, beach cooler, more kitchen amenities than I’ve ever seen at a rental, access to garage, spices and cooking basics available, grill, free use of private community pool, quiet and safe neighborhood that I walked a few times. The only downside was the beds were extremely firm and pillows were pretty flat, though that’s just a matter of personal preference.”

“Location was very close to everything that you could possibly need. Could definitely use a bit of maintenance here and there. (Little weird to have a photo of a family staring at me while we’re there, but we have seen it in many stays - it’s a comfort thing to me. While I understand it’s someone else’s home, it’s ours while we’re there.) Mgmt was very nice and quick to respond to a concern that turned into a major plumbing issue due to tree roots growing into the system that unfortunately left us with only one bathroom. Pillows and bed were amazingly comfy.”

“My stay at this place was just perfect for me to get some R&R. Started with AJ being so helpful and so nice helping me navigate the key lock. I was so tired and got there late at night and he picked up the phone immediately. I felt confident and safe with his and Rachel’s help. The place was really clean, great bed I slept really well. I was lucky with the weather and had sunshine every day, with spectacular sunsets I watched from my very own balcony. As far as restaurants there were plenty of places to eat by just a short walk up the road. 302 management company is a great group, very knowledgeable and professional. I will be back!! Book early because they fill up quickly.”
