DEL302 Management

“The house is just as described and more! Communication was always clear and immediate. The property was gorgeous and offered many activity options for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking pots, pans, utensils, and serving supplies. The house was spacious enough that our family never felt crowded. It was a fabulous house and property!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated home. 302 Management was very proactive with all of the instructions and we felt very at home!”

“Great location, very communicative host, clean place”

“We've stayed at several house rentals over the years, this was by far the nicest one and most impressed with the management company running it. They provided us with plenty of information about the home, the area, as well as all of the extra amenities. It was such a homey, helpful touch! The beach equipment available for use was an added bonus we used everyday, it helped tremendously! For my small quiet family who very much like things clean and orderly, this surpassed our expectations. Thank you very much. We can not wait to rent here again!”

“We had a great stay in Dewey! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really enjoyed being on the bay side and being close to everything while still having a relaxing place to come back to. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay again!”

“Decor is excellent, perfect location, easy parking, quiet and owner are very responsive!”

“Clean and comfortable apartment that had a great view of the marina and sunsets. Bars and Restaurants within walking distance. Easy check in/out and great communication from the Management team. We hope to return.”

“Beautiful little apartment for our relaxing vacation. Lewes is a lovely little town with friendly folks, great food, and absolutely banger antique store. The property managers were helpful and quick to respond. The actual apartment had great amenities (per what was described in the listing), well decorated, and very comfortable. Would be happy to come back again!”

“We had an amazing time in Dewey and your home was just what we were looking for. Perfect distance to the beach. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for letting us stay. Hopefully we will be back next year.”

“The management team and host were absolutely great to communicate with! They were attentive and very pleasant. They provided great recommendations for hiking and eating. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The location was also great with getting to rehobeth and Dewey in a timely manner we. The Airbnb is nicely decorated, cozy and you feel right at home. A/C worked great. Beds are cozy! Definitely returning in the future!”
