“We had a wonderful, five day stay with our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers under 2, and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded. The backyard was a great place to hang out on a lovely afternoon. The house was clean and so thoughtfully prepared - they had toys and puzzles in one of the bedrooms plus they had special no-spill cups, plastic plates, and serving ware for the kiddos. My daughter was so obsessed with the paw patrol cup that I had to order one for my house at home! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back some day.”

“Great spot for a break and lovely community - especially enjoyed the pool and clubhouse, and visiting food truck. A few suggestions: the unit really needs lamps in bedrooms and in the living room. It’s not quite fitted out for long nights with books unless you like overhead lights. Check the garbage disposal - sounded very odd so we avoided using. And a big colander for pasta would be helpful. Otherwise it was hugely helpful to have some basic supplies (when we arrived (garbage bags, coffee filters, new sponge etc) and we added some more and left for the next family. Thank you again!”

“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Traveling with three young children can be challenging, but the layout and amenities made it easy for our family to settle in and feel at home. The location was excellent, close to Lewes, Rehoboth, beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, while still being quiet and relaxing when we returned each evening. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and we appreciated having plenty of space to spread out after busy vacation days. Communication was smooth throughout the stay, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, this was a great home base for our Delaware vacation, and we’d happily recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.”

“The place was as good as the pictures, if not better. The high ceilings and the furnishings really stood out. Loved all the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and cart for all the gear. Porch was lovely addition. Very well maintained and beautiful neighborhood. Also really appreciated the included parking pass and state beach passes. Location was great, easy and quick access to Rehoboth. Pools were lovely, just a lot of rules especially if you have littles. Overall a great stay.”

We have stayed in many AB&B’s and this one was by far the best stocked - sheets, towels, paper products, seasonings & condiments, toys and games which our 2 year old loved. A well stocked house makes a big deal when you have to spend a week there.”
