“Great spot for a family vacation with young kids. Having a small private yard and being so close to the beach made it easy with small kids. The beach is incredibly private and the bay offers all the fun without the waves and crowds, or cost. The house is beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. Overall a nice spot for a relaxing getaway with the family. The house is on a very private and less densely populated area of the bay, meaning it felt like we had a private beach. The nearest other family was 100+ yards away. It was nice for the kids to just have a space to be crazy to themselves.”

“What a great beach house to spend some much needed time away to relax, recharge the batteries, and get back to neutral. This well decorated home is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and it has a stocked kitchen, private outdoor shower with hot water, two BBQ grills, screened in porch with fire pit, washer and dryer, plenty of beds (king, queen, and two bunk beds), enough parking spaces for your mighty convoy, and linens (something that has become surprisingly rare to find at Airbnb's lately). We really enjoyed our nine nights here and would definitely stay again.”

“This house was perfect for our family vacation with young kids. We had plenty of space and the home was exactly as pictured! The outdoor area for the kids to play was wonderful too. And only two houses from the beach! Very convenient and quiet. We could drive 15-20 minutes to do things in town. Linens being included was a great perk and there were travel size toiletries too. Beautiful comfortable beach house for sure.”

“My family and I had a wonderful time at North Bayshore House Broadkill Beach! When I travel I always stay at airbnbs, and I've stayed at many of them. This was by far the cleanest one I have ever stayed in. We especially liked their linen service and professionally cleaned and wrapped linens and towels. The pillows and mattresses had protectors on them. No gross yellow dingy looking pillows. The house is beautifully decorated with a whole beach theme vibe. Creative little things in every room. Location was amazing. Five minute walk to the beach. Beach was great. It's a very quite and relaxing beach. Not much to do in the area we were staying at but that was not a problem bc that's what we wanted. It was only a 5-minute drive into Lewes downtown and then a few minutes more to go to Rehoboth on the boardwalk. Excellent restaurants in downtown Lewes. The cutest shops. Communication was terrific. Very responsive to questions. My family will definitely be back!🙂”
