“Stayed at this beautiful place for my father’s birthday and had an amazing time. We visited in April and everything exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews, but everything was perfectly fine. The HVAC seemed new and worked great, keeping the place very comfortable, and all amenities were functioning properly. The hosts were super helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!”

“The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved that we could bring our small dog with us too. If we had any questions we didn’t have to wait long for a response. Because of bad weather we asked if we could change our reservation dates and they were very accommodating. We really appreciated that. We will definitely rent this condo again. It was one of the best weeks we’ve spent in Ocean City!”

“This was the perfect place for our group of 6 friends coming to country calling music festival. You can’t beat the location- easy in and out, walkable to convenience stores and the boardwalk just a block or so away. We didn’t need much as we were mostly at the festival daily. If you are traveling with a family you might want a couple more amenities like a throw blanket and some extra pillows, but overall it’s a great spot. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive when we had questions or needed something. We would stay again!”

“Place generally does the job but it is very old and hard to get good rest. The window AC units are blocking the curtains so you have to choose between being cool enough or blocking the sunlight. The door also is very hard to close and lock properly and is very old and does not latch well. The rooms also cannot be closed fully from the outside”

“The location was great - very close to the beach, boardwalk and a short drive to coffee shops and other amenities. It served our purpose well, as the location was our priority. The management company was also very responsive and when we reached out about an issue they sent someone over to the house immediately, which we greatly appreciated. If you plan to spend significant time in the condo, though, the accommodations are quite basic. Guests are required to make and strip the beds, and wash all dishes by hand. The closets had no hanging bars or shelving units for clothing, which made the bunk bed rooms rather cramped, and only one bedroom had a dresser. Several members of our group found the mattresses uncomfortable.”
