“Great location, relatively clean. However, the house is stocked with less than the bare minimum of essentials. For example, there was a coffee maker but no coffee. No silverware. Hardly any toilet paper. No toilet paper towels. The AC didn’t reach our room. There was a tick in the toilet and an ant colony on the driveway. Don’t go into the garage as it smells rancid and the trash looked like it wasn’t taken out in weeks. The customer service person clearly is responsible for multiple properties as they accidentally responded to me for someone else’s issue. They always responded quickly but always just said “I’ll get right on that” or “I’ll check on that now” without ever addressing the issue. One time they even said “we’ll take a look tomorrow” (the day we were checking out). If you’re in a pinch, you can do worse. But otherwise, stay away.”

“Beautiful, spacious house in nice neighborhood. Loved the access to beautiful pools. Had trouble ever getting the Tvs to work in the main areas and they eventually sent someone out but didn’t schedule with us so we weren’t available. All week not able to watch family movies as we’d hoped. Great house, just inconvenient to not have that feature for rainy days.”

“The location and amenities were very nice. Other than that the place would have been ok if the local team ever responded to me. I called, texted, and messaged on the app 20+ times. The grossest part in my opinion was the amount of flies both dead and alive in the home. When we checked in I had concern with the AC, nobody responded to help. There was also garbage left in the bathroom and kitchen. I know that no one is perfect but most if not all of this could have been dealt with and fixed if the “local office” ever responded/communicated. I wouldn’t recommend a stay.”

“The house was nice and having access to pools and the fitness center was great. Close to grocery stores and some restaurants and shops. We had the internet go down due to issues in the area which the hosts were not helpful at all in communicating about. They kept giving generic answers telling us to unplug and plug back in the router. They denied my request for some money back as we had no internet for over half of our trip. It was not their fault the internet went out but it was obvious they didn’t have anyone close by to know what was going on. They apologized but offered nothing to make it right. Having no WiFi for 5/7 days is not ideal with my husband having to do some work at home. Again house was nice, but if there are any issues, doesn’t seem like anyone is in the vicinity to help out.”

“Very nice, clean home. Close to a lot of restaurants and a 10 min drive to Bethany beach! I would definitely stay here again.”
