“The place was gorgeous. I loved that it was the first floor. Parking was easy. The location was hit or miss. Unfortunately you are down pretty far on RT 1 and on the other side of the road to get to Lewes or Cape Henlopen. This made it difficult traffic to get anywhere. The condo walls were incredibly thin. I was woken up from banging above the first night and then at around 1am the last two nights of our stay I could literally hear the entire conversations of the people next to us. The master bed is incredibly uncomfortable. I had dead shoulders as I’m a side sleeper. I didn’t like that you had to make your bed because they drop the linens off. In past when I’ve stayed at rentals I just needed to load the dish washer and run it not unload. Not a big deal I just felt like I had to do so much cleaning to check out. Also the pool is small. And the pool closes at 9 or so it says. But when we tried to exit at 8:50 it was locked so we and another family had to press the emergency button.”
